Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 薄膜太陽電池と発光パネルを同一基板上に
    設け、該基板の裏面に薄膜２次電池を積層した板
    状体で、薄膜太陽電池により薄膜２次電池を介し
    て発光パネルを点灯するようにしたことを特徴と
    する簡易表示素子。 (2) 裏面側に離型シート付きの接着層を設けた
    請求項第１項記載の簡易表示素子。 (3) 前記発光パネルはその大部分が透光性であ
    り、薄膜太陽電池の受光側に積層されている請求
    項第１項又は第２項記載の簡易表示素子。 (4) 前記薄膜太陽電池が高分子フイルム上に形
    成された非晶質シリコン太陽電池である請求項第
    １項〜第３項記載いずれかの簡易表示素子。 (5) 前記発光パネルが蛍光性染料を溶解した透
    明性高分子樹脂シートの内部に半導体発光素子を
    封じ込んだパネルである請求項第１項〜第４項記
    載いずれかの簡易表示素子。 (6) 前記薄膜２次電池の少なくとも一方の電極
    がＬｉなどの金属箔、あるいは導電性高分子フイ
    ルムよりなる請求項第１項〜第５項記載いずれか
    の簡易表示素子。
