Claims (1)
- トランスデユーサを介してフエリ磁性体に高周
波を照射して静磁波を発生させ、印加静磁場の強
度により静磁波の周波数を変化させる静磁波素子
において、トランスデユーサの一端が接続するグ
ランドプレーンを備え、グランドプレーンのフエ
リ磁性体と対応する部分にスリツトを設けること
を特徴とする静磁波素子。
