物を冷却室の側壁部に円周方向に配設した状態を
示し、第５図は整流ガイドを備えた水冷金物を示
し、第６図は水冷金物の上面とプレチヤンバ室の
内筒壁との間に耐熱性滑材を介在させた例を説明
するための図であり、第７〜９図は従来の竪型炉
及びスローピングフリユー部を示す。 １：内筒壁、２：鉄皮、３：外筒壁、４：リン
グ状フリユー、５：柱レンガ、６：柱間受けレン
ガ、７：コークス塊、１０：水冷金物、１１：内
側壁部、１２：内部空間、１３：嵌合部、１４：
側壁部、１５：整流ガイド、１６：耐熱性滑材、
１７：突起。

Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ 耐火物で内張りされた高温塊状物を冷却する
    竪型炉内に配設されるプレチヤンバ室を構成する
    耐火物製の内筒壁の荷重を支持するスローピング
    フリユー柱と該柱間の荷重受け部とを一体的な水
    冷金物で構成し、該水冷金物の脚部を冷却室の外
    筒壁に固定し、前記水冷金物と前記外筒壁との間
    にガス排気口を形成したことを特徴とする高温塊
    状物冷却用竪型炉の出口フリユー。 ２ 請求項１記載の水冷金物としてコ字型又はＬ
    型水平断面をもつものを使用し、該水冷金物を円
    周方向に連結したことを特徴とする高温塊状物冷
    却用竪型炉の出口フリユー。 ３ 請求項１記載の水冷金物において、冷却室内
    側に面する水冷金物の上部寸法Ｌｕを下部寸法Ｌ
    ｅより大きくして、セリ効果を持たせたことを特
    徴とする高温塊状物冷却用竪型炉の出口フリユー
    。 ４ 請求項１記載の水冷金物のガス排気口形成面
    に複数個の整流ガイドを設けたことを特徴とする
    高温塊状物冷却用竪型炉の出口フリユー。 ５ 請求項１記載の水冷金物の上面と冷却室の内
    筒壁下端との間に耐熱性滑材を介在させたことを
