の金属製キヤツプ部の縦断面図とを示すものであ
る。 ５……金属製キヤツプ、６……光学フイルタ、
７……絶縁性接着剤、９……導電性接着剤、１１
……縁部、１１′……除去部。

Claims (1)
- 焦電検出素子板とトランジスタを収納し、前記
焦電検出素子板に赤外線を透過させるための絶縁
性波長選択性を有する干渉膜を両面に形成したシ
リコンウエハからなる光学フイルタを取り付けて
いる窓部を有する金属製キヤツプで覆われた金属
製ステムからなる赤外線検出器であつて、前記光
学フイルタを前記金属製キヤツプの窓部周辺へ絶
縁性接着剤により接着した後、前記光学フイルタ
縁部の干渉膜の少くとも１ケ所以上を除去し、該
除去部と前記金属製キヤツプとの間が導電性接着
剤で接着連結されていることを特徴とする赤外線
検出器。
