Claims (1)
- 上部に赤外線透過用窓を有する円筒状キヤンに
、焦電形赤外線検出素子を載置した円板状ステム
を装着してなる焦電形赤外線検出器において、前
記キヤンの上部外面には突出した角形凸部を、前
記キヤンの上部内面の角形凹部と共に同時に形成
し、該凸部を前記キヤンにステムを装着するとき
のガイドとして使用すると共に、前記凹部を前記
キヤンの窓に窓板を取付けるときのガイドとして
使用することを特徴とする焦電形赤外線検出器。
