かかるオートフオーカス装置の動作例を示すフロ
ーチヤート、第７図は本考案の応用例である磁気
ヘツド自動組み立て装置の例を示すブロツク図、
第８図は画像入力装置によつて得られる画像の例
を示す正面図、第９図は上記磁気ヘツド自動組み

Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 画像入力装置に用い、かつ、画像入力装置の光
    軸方向に複数のピント位置を有する試料に対する
    オートフオーカス装置であつて、画像入力装置と
    試料とを光軸方向に相対移動させて基準点での出
    力を検出すると共に、上記複数のピント位置に対
    応している出力のピーク値及びそのときの位置を
    検出し、各ピーク値と上記基準点での出力との比
    較によつて上記複数のピント位置の所定のピント
    位置に合焦することを特徴とするオートフオーカ
    ス装置。
