〔産業上の利用分野〕
本考案は、簡単な構造で鋼材の厚延工程の途中
における中間素材の疵取り研削作業において、厚
板端部にも研削不可能箇所が残らない簡単な手押

従来、手押し式の簡単なワゴングラインダーW

が生じる。ワゴングラインダーWを90゜転換させ
た場合は研摩残りbは生じないが、製鋼技術上中
間素材の圧延方向でのみ疵取り研削しないと、疵
取り効果がない。「圧延方向と直角方向の疵取り
研削はすべきでない」という技術的事情がある。
従つて厚板Sの四隅のいずれかの端部T,T′は
疵取りの研削処理が出来ないという極めて厄介な
ものであつた。研削残りa,bを処理するために
は、被加工材の表面S′と同一平面とし得る補助材
を密接配置するなど手間の掛る作業となつてい
る。
