御を示すブロツク図である。 図において、１は電源、２は電力ケーブル、３
はヒータ電力制御回路、４はヒータ電力供給ケー
ブル、５はヒータ、６は加熱容器、７は温度セン
サ、８は温度センサ信号、９はヒータ温度制御回
路、１０はヒータ電力制御信号、１１は流量セン
サ、１２は流量センサ信号、Ａは推薬流入口、Ｂ
は推薬流出口である。なお、図中同一部分あるい
は相当部分には同一符号を付して示してある。

はヒータ電力制御回路、４はヒータ電力供給ケー

Claims (1)
- ヒータに電力を供給する電源と、この電源に接
続されヒータに供給する電力を制御するヒータ電
力制御回路とヒータの温度を検出する温度センサ
と、推薬の流量を検出する流量センサと、前記温
度センサから出力される温度センサ信号、前記流
量センサから出力される流量センサ信号とを処理
し、前記ヒータ電力制御回路にヒータ電力制御信
号を出力するヒータ温度制御回路と、前記ヒータ
を格納し推薬の流入口と流出口を備えた加熱容器
とを具備したことを特徴とする電熱式スラスタ。
