Claims (1)
- ヒータに電力を供給する電源と、この電源に接
続されヒータに供給する電力を制御するヒータ電
力制御回路と、ヒータに流れる電流を検出する電
流センサと、この電流センサの出力する電流セン
サ信号を処理し前記ヒータ電力制御回路の出力電
流が過大にならないように制限する電流制限信号
を前記ヒータ電力制御回路に出力する電流制限回
路と、前記ヒータを加熱するために前記ヒータ電
力制御回路にヒータ電力制御信号を出力する温度
制御回路と、前記ヒータを格納し推薬流入口と推
薬流出口を備えた加熱容器とを具備したことを特
徴とする電熱式スラスタ。
