[Technical Field] The present invention relates to a pine surgery machine that performs medical treatment by applying stimulation to the human body, and particularly to a pine surgery machine that can change the intensity of stimulation. [Background technology] Pine surge performed on the human body does not apply a strong stimulus suddenly, but rather a weak stimulus is first applied as a preparation signal to prepare the human body for the subsequent external force (stimulus), and then a stronger stimulus is applied gradually. In Oriental medicine, it is preferable to apply stimulation intensively to the areas that require it, and then finish the pine massage by applying weak stimulation to the entire body in order to adjust the body. By the way, it is essential for a pine surgery machine that performs such pine surgery to be able to selectively apply weak stimulation and strong stimulation to the human body, and it is necessary to meet such demands. In other words, devices equipped with treatment means that can apply strong and weak stimulation have been provided up to now. However, in order to operate the treatment means that applies weak stimulation to the human body and the treatment means that apply strong stimulation in the above order, it is necessary to perform an operation to switch between the two treatment means each time, and the operation is cumbersome. This method has problems, and the order in which the operations should be performed may be incorrect, making it impossible to reliably and easily obtain an effective pine surge. [Object of the Invention] The present invention has been made in view of the above points, and its purpose is to automatically apply stimulation to the human body in the above-mentioned order of weak, strong, and weak. To provide a pine surge machine capable of always obtaining effective pine surge without causing any trouble or operational errors. [Disclosure of the Invention] Accordingly, the present invention provides a first treatment means that performs pine massage which is less irritating to the human body, a second treatment means which performs massage pine surgery which is more irritating to the human body, and a method for performing both of these treatments. It has a selection function that drives the means in a preset order and selects and executes a plurality of types of pine surge patterns that differ in the areas to be intensively treated with the second treatment means. The apparatus is equipped with a control drive means having a function of selecting a pine surgery pattern for performing pine surgery, and the control drive means controls the first treatment means at the start and end of treatment of each pine surge pattern, and the first treatment means during the treatment. The drive means is characterized in that it drives the treatment means of 2, and can be controlled and driven even when selecting any of the pine surgery patterns with different areas to be focused on pine surgery, and without any operation being performed during the pine surgery. Both treatment means are sequentially driven in an order that provides effective pine surge. Here, the first treatment means with less stimulation to the human body and the second treatment means with more stimulation to the human body may have completely different configurations, or may have a single configuration. Although they have different operating methods, they may also serve as the first treatment means and the second treatment means. The simplest configuration of the control drive means is a sequence circuit incorporating a timer and the drive members of both treatment means controlled by this sequence circuit, but instead of the sequence circuit, it is possible to store the operating order of the drive members of each treatment means. By using a microcomputer, it becomes easy to perform complex movements such as activating pressure points in various parts of the human body in a desired order, and it also becomes possible to perform complex movements such as accommodating differences in sitting height of the human body. It also becomes easier. Next, the present invention will be explained in detail based on illustrated embodiments. First, to explain from a structural point of view, the illustrated example has a pine surge mechanism built into the backrest of a chair, and the chair is assembled with pipes and has an underframe 2 equipped with a seat and armrests.
It is framed by a backrest frame 1 which is also made of pipes, and the lower end of the frame 1 is pivotally supported by an underframe 2, and a gas spring is installed between the frame 1 and the underframe 2. , the backrest is said to be able to recline freely. A pair of guide rails 12 each having a U-shaped cross section and facing opening surfaces are fixed to both sides of the frame 1 of the backrest. Further, a headrest 13 is attached to the upper end of the frame 1, a cover sheet 14 is attached to the front side of the frame 1, and vertically long support belts 99 are arranged on both sides of the back side of the cover sheet 14. Now, the pine surge mechanism has a control box 26 on one side.
and the control box 26 and the connecting plate 28 on the other side.
A pair of gearboxes 27 connected to each other at It is equipped with a ring body 3. Each ring body 3 is composed of an eccentric inner ring 20 fixed to the main shaft 4 and an outer ring 21 disposed on the outer periphery of the eccentric inner ring 20 through balls 22 so as to freely rotate.
The inner peripheral part and the outer peripheral part of 1 are connected by a large number of ribs 23. As is clear from FIG. 4, the main shaft 4 is a hollow pipe through which the drive shaft 5 is inserted, and a cylindrical body 62 is fitted at both ends so as to freely rotate. The drive shaft 5 has cylinder bodies 62 connected to both ends thereof, and the cylinder bodies 62 have rollers 19 running on the guide rails 12, and each guide rail 1.
A pinion 18 is provided which meshes with the rack 11 attached to the pinion 2. Rollers 19 are also provided in both control box 26 and gearbox 27. Motor M, which is the driving source, is connected to gearbox 2.
A gearbox 27 is attached to the side surface of the stator 7 to serve as a housing for the stator 17, and is capable of forward and reverse rotation.
When rotating the main shaft 4, the wheel body 3 is tilted eccentrically.
rotates at the same time, and because the wheel body 3 is eccentric, the amount of protrusion of the wheel body 3 toward the cover sheet 14 side is changed periodically. Further, since the wheels 3 are inclined in opposite directions, the distance between the pair of wheels 3 at the contact portion with the cover sheet 14 is changed periodically. The combination of these two movements constitutes a massaging massage for the human body, and the wheel body 3 when performing this massaging massage serves as a second treatment means that provides strong stimulation to the human body. Incidentally, depending on the direction of rotation of the wheel body 3, different massage treatments are performed. That is, when the part of the wheel body 3 that protrudes from the main shaft 4 with a large amount moves while pressing the back of the human body from above to below via the cover sheet 14 (kneading).
Two types of massage are performed depending on the direction of rotation: and vice versa (sideburn). If the drive shaft 5 is rotated instead of the main shaft 4, the entire pine surge mechanism is self-propelled in the vertical direction of the backrest due to the rotation of the pinion 18 that engages with the rack 11 of the frame 1 and the travel guide provided by the pinion 19. This self-propelling causes movement of the wheel body 3, which is a treatment element, and by reciprocating within a certain range, the freely rotating outer ring 21 of the wheel body 3 covers the back of the human body with the cover sheet 14. This is a pine massage treatment in which weak stimulation is applied to the human body through the body, and therefore, the ring body 3 at this time constitutes the first treatment means. Furthermore, this pine serge machine is provided with a mechanism for varying the axial position of the wheels 3, that is, the width between the pair of wheels 3. This is composed of a feed screw 6 parallel to the main shaft 4 and the drive shaft 5, and a pair of connecting arms 25 that connect the feed screw 6 and the inner ring 20 of each wheel body 3. One of the screws 6 has a right-handed threaded portion from the axial center, and the other has a left-handed threaded portion, and a connecting arm 25 has one end screwed into each threaded portion. The other end of both connecting arms 25 is connected to the inner ring 2 of each wheel body 3.
0, and each inner ring 20 of both wheels 3 is connected to the main shaft 4 by, for example, a spline or the like so as to be slidable in the axial direction, so that the rotation of the feed screw 6 causes the pair of wheels 3 to approach each other. or move away from each other. In this embodiment, when the feed screw 6 rotates, the main shaft 4 rotates as described later.
is also constantly rotating, so connecting arm 2
A thrust bearing 98 is disposed at the connection portion between the inner ring 20 and the inner ring 20, so that the connection can freely rotate. Further, regarding the movement of the two wheel bodies 3 in the direction in which the two wheel bodies 3 approach each other, the movement of the connecting arm 25 is transmitted to the wheel body 3 via the spring 97, so that, for example, the neck will not be pinched by strong force. Next, the reduction gear device in the gearbox 27 will be explained. The main speed reduction device is a planetary mechanism 8 that performs differential speed reduction, and this planetary mechanism 8 includes an output shaft 51 to which the rotor 16 of the motor M is attached, a planetary roller 52 whose large diameter portion rolls on the outer surface of the output shaft 51, a first outer ring 53 in which the large diameter portion of the planetary roller 52 is inscribed; a second outer ring 54 in which the small diameter portion of the planetary roller 52 is inscribed;
The retainer 55 is a planetary carrier that supports the planetary roller 52. First outer ring 5
The third and second outer rings 54 are meshed with a gear 57 and a gear 58 supported by a shaft 56, respectively, and the gear 57
A gear 59 that rotates together with the cylindrical body 62 meshes with a gear 60 that forms a clutch 9 as a torque limiter.
An elliptical gear 63 that rotates together with the main shaft 4 meshes with an elliptical gear 64 fixed to the main shaft 4. Here, the main shaft 4 is connected via a pair of elliptical gears 63 and 64 in order to increase the torque when the protruding force of the wheel body 3 toward the cover sheet 14 increases, and also to adjust the angle of rotation. This is so that the amount of time it takes to press the human body becomes longer. However, in this lever, if the first outer ring 53 of the planetary mechanism 8 is locked from rotating, differential rotation will occur in the second outer ring 54 due to the difference in diameter between the large diameter part and the small diameter part of the planetary roller 52. This rotation is transmitted to the main shaft 4, and conversely, if the rotation of the second outer ring 54 is prevented, differential rotation occurs in the first outer ring 53 and is transmitted to the drive shaft 5. The power transmission system to the feed screw 6 is configured such that the feed screw 6 is connected to the power transmission system to the main shaft 4 by an electromagnetic clutch 10. That is, the gear 58 provided between the planetary mechanism 8 and the main shaft 4
A connecting gear 61 for deceleration is engaged with the connecting gear 61, and an electromagnetic clutch 10 is further connected to this connecting gear 61. The electromagnetic clutch 10 housed in the gear box 27 has an outer input hub 82 and an inner input hub 81 whose outer circumferential surfaces are shaped like gears and mesh with the connecting gear 61, and an outer output hub 84 and an inner output hub as output members. 83, and an electromagnet 87 consisting of a coil 88, a yoke 89, and a cylindrical iron core 90.
An inner output hub 83 is fixed to a feed shaft 80 which is rotatably supported by a bearing at 7 and connected to the feed screw 6 at one end. Input hub 8
An electromagnet 1 and an electromagnet 87 are respectively held on the feed shaft 80 so as to be freely rotatable. The inner input hub 81 and the outer input hub 82 are press-fitted and fixed to each other so as to form a double cylindrical shape, and a space for arranging a coil spring 86 is formed between them. Further, the outer output hub 84 and the inner output hub 83 are integrally formed by a protrusion at one end of the outer output hub 84 engaging a notch provided in a flange formed at one end of the inner output hub 83 on the electromagnet 87 side. are rotationally connected to each other. A space for arranging a coil spring 86 is also provided between the inner circumferential surface of the outer output hub 84 and the outer circumferential surface of the inner output hub 83, and a ring-shaped coil spring 86 located on the front surface of the flange is provided between the two. space is provided.
This space is a space for disposing a ring-shaped clutch 85 made of a magnetic material, and the electromagnet 87
The electromagnetic force causes the clutch 85 to come into contact with the clutch surface on the front surface of the flange.
The inner output hub 83 is made of a magnetic material at least at one end with a flange to form a magnetic circuit, and the outer output hub 84 is made of a non-magnetic material. The coil spring 86 has one end locked to the inner input hub 81 and the other end locked to the clutch shoe 85, and the coil spring 86 is configured to fit into the arrangement space between the outer input hub 82 and the inner input hub 81 and the outer output hub. 84 and the arrangement space between the inner output hub 83 and the inner output hub 83 . In the electromagnetic clutch 10 configured in this way, when the electromagnet 87 is not excited, the clutch shoe 85 is not in contact with the clutch surface.
Further, since the coil spring 86 is in a state where it is not in contact with either the inner peripheral surface of the outer output hub 84 or the outer peripheral surface of the inner output hub 83, the connection gear 61 that meshes with the outer input hub 82 is connected to the input hub 8
Even if rotational power is transmitted to 2 and 81, the coil spring 86 and clutch shoe 8
The output hubs 84 and 83 do not rotate, but are in a disconnected state, and therefore the feed screw 6 does not rotate. However, when the electromagnet 87 is excited to bring the clutch shoe 85 into suction contact with the clutch surface, resistance will be generated in the rotation of the clutch shoe 85 to which the coil spring 86 is connected. The diameter becomes smaller or larger depending on the direction of rotation. When the diameter becomes smaller, the coil spring 86 is moved to the inner output hub 8.
When the diameter becomes large, the rotational power is transmitted to the outer output hub 84 by being wrapped around the outer circumferential surface of the outer output hub 84. These output hubs 8
The rotation of 4 and 83 is taken out from the feed shaft 80 and rotates the feed screw 6. Now, the rotation of the first outer ring 53 and the second outer ring 54 in the planetary mechanism 8 is selectively prevented, and the motor M
A member for switching the power between the main shaft 4 and the drive shaft 5 is a braking mechanism 7 controlled by a single solenoid SOL. This braking mechanism 7 housed in the gearbox 27 is shown in FIGS. 7 to 9.
As shown in the figure, a fixed hub plate 30 into which a shaft 29 is inserted, a pair of fixed hubs 31 and 35 fixed to both sides of the fixed hub plate 30 in the axial direction,
A pair of movable hubs 32, 36 are supported by the shaft 29 and lined up in the axial direction of each of the fixed hubs 31, 35. A total of four coil springs are arranged so as to be in contact with the inner and outer peripheral surfaces of the pair of left and right outer peripheral collars 33, 37, inner peripheral collars 34, 38, and the fixed hubs 31, 35 and each movable hub 32, 36. 41, 42, 43, 4
4, and the connecting shaft 39 at the fixed hubs 31 and 35.
The outer circumferential collar 33 and the inner circumferential collar 3 are supported by
4 and a pinion 40 that connects each internal gear part 46 and gear part 47 of an outer circumferential collar 37 and an inner circumferential collar 38, and both outer circumferential collars 33, 37 are arranged in a direction perpendicular to the shaft 29. One movable hub 3 is connected to the solenoid SOL located in
2 meshes with the gear 58 and is connected to the main shaft 4, and the other movable hub 36 meshes with the gear 57 and is connected to the drive shaft 5 via the shaft 29 passing through each member and the gear 65. has been done. Also, among the four coil springs, two coil springs 4 located on the outer circumferential side and having different winding directions.
2 and 44 are fixed hubs 31 and 35 and movable hub 3
2 and 36, each one end of which is engaged with the engagement hole 48 of the fixed hub plate 30, and each other end of which is engaged with the engagement portion 49 of each of the outer peripheral collars 33 and 37,
Two coil springs 41 and 43 located on the inner circumferential side and having different winding directions are connected to the fixed hub 31,
35 and has an outer diameter larger than the inner diameter of the possible hubs 32, 36, each one end is engaged with the engagement hole 48 of the fixed hub plate 30, and each other end is engaged with the engagement part 49 of each inner peripheral collar 32, 38. are doing. The coil springs 41 and 42 are wound in the same direction, and the coil springs 43 and 44 are wound in the same direction. In this braking mechanism 7 configured as described above, when the solenoid SOL is in the returned state by the return spring 45, the inner peripheral surfaces of the movable hub 36 and the fixed hub 35 connected to the drive shaft 5 and A coil spring 4 is attached to the outer peripheral surface as shown in Fig. 9b.
The movable hub 32 and the fixed hub 31, which are connected to the main shaft 4, are shown in FIG. As shown in a, the diameter of the outer coil spring 42 is increased by the force of the return spring 45 via the outer collar 33, and the inner coil spring 41 is moved in the opposite direction to the outer collar 33 by the return spring 45. The movable hub 32 and fixed hub 31 are further wound in the winding direction by an inner peripheral collar 34 that rotates with the force of
Since the movable hub 32 is separated from the circumferential surface of the main shaft 4, the movable hub 32 is disconnected from each other, and therefore the movable hub 32 connected to the main shaft 4 is in a free state. That is, at this time, the rotation of the motor M is transmitted to the main shaft 4 and then to the feed screw 6 after being decelerated by differential deceleration by the planetary mechanism 8. solenoid
When the SOL is activated, both the outer collars 33 and 37 rotate in the direction shown by the arrow in FIG. 9, and the inner collars 34 and 38 also rotate in the opposite direction via the pinion 40. Coil springs 41, 42, 4 with fixed hubs 31, 35
In order to reverse the connection by 3 and 44 to the above case, the rotation of the movable hub 32 connected to the main shaft 4 is locked, and the differential deceleration output of the motor M is transferred to the drive shaft 5.
It becomes a state where it is transmitted to. In this braking mechanism 7, both movable hubs 32 and 36 are connected to the planetary mechanism 8 or to the main shaft 4 and drive shaft 5 at one end in the axial direction, thereby consolidating the arrangement of the braking force transmission system. . Also, as is clear from Figure 9b,
In this case, when the coil springs 41, 42, 43, 44 are in a free state and prevent rotation of the movable hubs 32, 36, the engagement between these and each collar 33, 34, 37, 38 is Since the solenoid SOL is designed to have some play and the rotation lock is not released until more than half of the stroke of the solenoid SOL has elapsed, both movable hubs 32 and 36 rotate at the same time during switching. A situation is beginning to arise in which the device is locked.
This is to prevent the wheel body 3 from rotating or moving up and down due to input from the load side during switching. Note that when the power is turned off, the state is the same as when the solenoid SOL is not energized, that is, the movable hub 36 connected to the drive shaft 5 is locked, so the pine surge mechanism is It does not descend under its own weight. However, if an excessive load is applied, such as when the pine surge machine is dropped, the clutch 9 will slip and allow the pine surge mechanism to descend, thereby absorbing this load. In other words, this clutch 9 as a torque limiter is the 10th clutch.
As shown in the figure, the gear 60 is attached to the cylindrical body 62 so as to be freely rotatable and slidable in the axial direction, and the gear 60 is attached to the end of the cylindrical body 62 so as to be adjacent to the gear 60 and on one side. It is composed of a meshing plate 91 having a meshing portion 90 that meshes with each other, and a spring 92 made of two plate springs that biases the gear 60 in the direction in which the gear 60 and the meshing plate 91 mesh. Normally, the gear 60 that receives the rotation of the motor M, which is the drive source, via the planetary mechanism 8 and the like is engaged with the engagement plate 91, so that the decelerated rotation of the motor M is transmitted to the drive shaft 5. Raise and lower the pine surge mechanism. Furthermore, when the main shaft 4 is not in operation or when the main shaft 4 is rotating, the braking mechanism 7 applies a brake to the rotation of the drive shaft 5, so the pine surge mechanism does not descend under its own weight. . However, when an excessive vertical impact such as a falling impact is applied, the gear 60 resists the spring 92 despite the braking by the braking mechanism 7.
The engagement between the engagement plate 91 and the engagement plate 91 is disengaged, and the cylinder body 6
2 and the drive shaft 5 rotate. In other words, the pine surge mechanism is lowered. This lowering absorbs the impact and prevents excessive impact from being applied to the pine surge mechanism, and therefore there is no need to make the strength of each member in the pine surge mechanism extremely high. Even if the gear 60 and the engagement plate 91 come out of engagement due to impact, the shape of the teeth of the engagement portion 90 and the spring 92
It will automatically return due to the spring pressure. The clutch 9 here is provided with a release means for manual disconnection to enable manual vertical movement when vertical movement becomes impossible due to some kind of failure. This is a release plate 93 in contact with the other surface of the spring 92, and is provided with an engagement protrusion 95 that engages with an engagement recess 96 provided in a guide plate 94. When this release plate 93 is pulled out, the clutch 9 is released. It is something that That is, the release plate 93
When the spring 92 is pulled out, the spring 92 moves back and the gear 6
In order to eliminate the force pressing the gear 60 and the engagement plate 91, the gear 60 and the engagement plate 91 become disengaged, so in this state the cylinder body 62 and the drive shaft 5 are rotated, that is, the pine surge mechanism is manually moved up and down. When the release plate 93 is inserted and stopped on the guide plate 94, the gear 60 is pressed against the engagement plate 91 by the pressure of the spring 92, and returns to its original state. A system diagram of the above power transmission system is shown in FIG.
In the figure, double lines indicate a fixed connection, dashed lines indicate a sliding fit, and arrow lines indicate a system in operation. Also, figure a shows the case of vertical movement, figure b shows the time of fir pine surge, figure c shows the case of fir pine surge.
2 shows the case of width feed in which the wheel body 3 is moved in the axial direction. Furthermore, the relationship between the operations of the motor M, the solenoid SOL that operates the braking mechanism 7, and the electromagnetic clutch 10 and the operating state of the wheel 3 is shown in the table below.

The position detection means includes a vertical position detection section J for detecting the position of the wheel body 3 in the moving direction, in the example shown, the vertical position, and a vertical position detection section J for detecting the width position of the wheel body 3 during width feeding. It is composed of three detection parts: a width position detection part H and a protrusion amount detection part T for detecting the amount of protrusion towards the cover sheet 14 due to eccentricity of the wheel body 3. First, it detects the vertical position. Starting from part J, this is disposed inside the control box 26, and as shown in FIGS. Push spring 75
A gear 69 constituting a meshing clutch energized by the gear 69, a gear 70 meshing with the gear 69, a disk 71 meshing with the gear 70 and rotating within one rotation within the vertical movement area of the wheel body 3, and a disk. 7
2. Two types of arc-shaped slits 73 with different diameters formed in the disk 71, sensors S 1 and S 2 whose light emitting parts and light receiving parts face each other across the disk 71, and the disk 7
2, the slit 7 has three different diameters.
4, and sensors S 3 , S 4 , and S 5 whose light-emitting parts and light-receiving parts face each other with a disk 72 in between, and the sensor S 1 is connected to a slit 73 on the outer circumferential side of the disk 71.
Sensor S2 is turned on through the hole 73 on the inner circumference side of the disk 71, sensor S3 is turned on through the outermost slit 74 of the disk 72, sensor S4 is turned on through the middle slit 74, and sensor S2 is turned on through the hole 73 on the inner circumference side of the disk 71. 5 is turned on through the innermost slit 74. These slits 73 and 74 and each sensor S 1 to S 5
As shown in Figure 15, the vertical movement area is
A total of 31 points from Y 0 to Y 30 are detected. Incidentally, even if the clutch 9 is manually released and the pine surge mechanism is moved up and down, both discs 71,
72 is connected to the rotating drive shaft 5 and cylinder body 62 and rotates together with them even during manual up and down movement, so the absolute position of each detection point does not change. As shown in FIG. 14, the width position detection section H detects the position of one of the wheels 3 in the direction of the main shaft 4, and includes a detection plate 78 whose one end is fixed to the connecting arm 25, and this detection plate. The structure includes three rows of slits 79 formed in 78, and sensors S 6 , S 7 , and S 8 whose light-emitting parts and light-receiving parts face each other with a detection plate 78 in between, as shown in FIG. A total of 7 points from X 0 to X 6 are detected. Furthermore, the first
In FIG. 5, the white line indicates the on range, and the black line indicates the off range. In addition, the shaded area indicates the movement area of the wheel body 3 in the vertical and width directions, and as is clear from the figure, the width of the lower half of the movement area is smaller due to the shoulder This is because if the maximum value of the movement range in the width direction of the orbicular body 3 is set according to this and this is executed in the entire upper and lower area, there is a risk that the human kidney may be compressed by the orbicular body 3.
In order to avoid such a danger, a moving area as shown in the figure is set in a control circuit C, which will be described later. The protrusion amount detection unit T that detects the protrusion amount of the ring body 3 is
The amount of protrusion is detected by detecting the rotation angle of the main shaft 4 to which the eccentric wheel 3 is attached, and as shown in FIG. It consists of a permanent magnet 76 fixed to a plate 77, and a pair of magnetically sensitive sensors S H and S L such as reed switches or Hall elements arranged on the outer surface of the control box 26. And the sensor S H is the cover sheet 14 of the wheel body 3.
When the amount of protrusion to the side is at its maximum, the permanent magnet 76 in the rotating plate 77 that rotates with the wheel body 3 is turned on, and when the amount of protrusion is at its minimum, the sensor S L is turned on by the permanent magnet 76. It's summery.
The detection of the minimum amount of protrusion is carried out to ensure that the wheel body 3 is at the minimum amount of protrusion when entering the "storage" state, which will be described later, and to prevent the wheel body 3 from colliding with the human body when sitting on a chair. It is something to do. Now, in this pine surge machine, as mentioned above, there are two types of pine surge, one is the pine surge caused by the rotation of the eccentrically inclined wheel 3, and the other is the rasp pine surge caused by the movement of the wheel 3.
It is possible to perform pine surge of seeds, and in pine surge, different pine surges (sideburns and sideburns) can be obtained depending on the direction of rotation of the wheel 3, but which of these pine surges can be performed? Operator A for instructing
is connected to the control circuit C composed of a microcomputer in the control box 26 via a curl cord, and as shown in FIG. A 3-position mode switch SW 2 for switching between three operation modes, a sitting height setting switch SW 3 for inputting the sitting height of the human body, and a sitting height setting switch SW 3 for inputting the sitting height of the human body. A pattern changeover switch SW 4 for switching between the three motion program patterns for the lower back, and a start switch SW 5 for starting the motion according to the above motion program pattern, within the entire vertical movement area (however, the upper end is supported by switch SW 3 ). (varies depending on sitting height)
Switch SW 6 to specify a back-stretching motion that performs a pine surge and automatically reverses the direction of movement at the upper and lower ends, and specifies partial rolling that performs an automatic reverse pine surge at any position within a specified amount of vertical range. Switch SW 13 ,
The switch SW 7 is used to specify sideburns, the switch SW 6 is used to specify sideburns, and the wheel body 3 is moved upward only during the operation period to change the rubbing pine surge and the fir pine surge in partial rolling. The switch SW 12 and the switch SW 11 that move the wheels downward, the switch that moves the wheels 3 in the axial direction of the main shaft 4 only during the operation period to widen the distance between the pair of wheels 3.
It is equipped with a total of 12 switches including SW 9 and a narrowing switch SW 10 , and is also equipped with light emitting elements L 2 to L 7 for displaying various operation modes. It should be noted that the switches SW5 to SW13 are all turned on only at the time of push. In order to reduce the number of connection lines between the controller A and the control circuit C, as shown in FIG.
The state of each switch SW 2 to SW 13 is sent to the control circuit C through the signal forming circuit SC 1 and the transmitting circuit SC 2 in the auxiliary control circuit SC. Driving of L 2 to L 7 is performed by a receiving circuit SC 3 receiving a recognition signal from a control circuit C, a signal discrimination circuit SC 4 , and a light emitting element driving circuit LD. The timer circuit SC 5 in this auxiliary control circuit SC prevents excessive pine surge in the event that the user falls asleep while receiving the pine surge by limiting one pine surge to, for example, about 15 minutes. When time-up occurs, the signal forming circuit SC 1
outputs the same signal as when mode switch SW 2 is set to "storage". RS is a reset circuit. Control circuit C is an auxiliary control circuit SC for the above-mentioned operating device A.
It controls the motor M, the solenoid SOL for the braking mechanism 7, and the electromagnetic clutch 10 based on the input from the receiving circuit C1 , which receives signals from the auxiliary control circuit SC, as shown in FIG. A signal discrimination circuit C 2 , a signal forming circuit C 3 and a transmission circuit C 4 for sending a recognition signal for the received signal to the auxiliary control circuit SC, a counting circuit C 5 for counting the number of rotations and the number of vertical movements of the wheel 3 , an operation instruction circuit C 6 that receives signals from each circuit and instructs how to move each load of the motor M, solenoid SOL, and electromagnetic clutch 10, and an operation instruction circuit.
It is composed of a timing setting circuit C7 that manages the operation timing of each load when sending the instruction of C6 to the motor drive circuit MD and the electromagnetic member drive circuit ED. Part H
and a protrusion amount detection section T are connected. In the figure, V indicates a constant voltage circuit, SS indicates a surge absorption circuit, and RS indicates a reset circuit. A specific circuit diagram is shown in FIG. SW 1 is the power switch and L 1 is the power pilot lamp. However, in this pine surge machine, the controller A
If switch SW 2 is switched from "storage" or "stop" to "operation", the light emitting element L 2 of operation device A
lights up, and the control circuit C changes the width position of each load by driving the feed screw 6 so that the pair of wheels 3 come closest to each other, and then changes the width position to the maximum amount of protrusion detected by the sensor S H. The rear wheel body 3 rotates until it becomes, and this rear wheel body 3 corresponds to approximately the height of the human shoulder according to the sitting height level set by the sitting height setting switch SW 3 while maintaining the maximum protrusion amount.
Move to any of the upper or lower points from Y 3 to Y 9 ,
Thereafter, at this upper and lower point, the wheel body 3 starts kneading pine surge for kneading, and at the same time, the light emitting element L 6 adjacent to the kneading switch SW 8 is turned on. The user determines whether the upper and lower points match his or her shoulders, and if they do not, operate the sitting height setting switch SW 3 to reset the operating point of the kneading pine surge and move the wheel body 3. so that it aligns with your shoulder position. When the wheel body 3 moves to the above-mentioned upper and lower points, the reason why the wheel body 3 is first projected to the maximum extent is to allow the user to clearly recognize the position of the wheel body 3. . Furthermore, by adjusting the shoulder position here, in other words, depending on the sitting height level set by the sitting height setting switch SW3 , the upper limit of the vertical motion also changes automatically. To explain the response of control circuit C to the sitting height level set with sitting height setting switch SW 3 ,
The sitting height level of the human body varies greatly from person to person. And if the sitting height level differs, not only the position of the shoulders but also the position of the waist where the pine surge should be applied will also differ. However, the position of the shoulders and the position of the waist or other positions of the human body have a substantially constant ratio relationship, and for example, if the positions of the shoulders are set and matched, the position of the waist can also be derived from the above ratio. Focusing on these points,
As shown in Figure 19, set the sitting height setting switch SW 3 to i.
If set to , the upper limit of the vertical movement will be set to Y 6 and the shoulder position will be set to Y 9 to correspond to the person with the lowest sitting height, and if the sitting height setting switch SW 3 is set to vii, it will correspond to the person with the highest sitting height. Correspondingly, the upper limit of the vertical movement is set to Y 0 and the shoulder position is set to Y 3 , and each other point is automatically shifted according to the input from the sitting height setting switch SW 3 . However, the above-mentioned points are automatically set only when executing the pine surge based on the movement program pattern, and when operating switch SW 6 to execute the manual pine surge movement to stretch the back muscles. , switches SW 7 , SW 8 and switch SW 13 are valid only for the upper limit and execute fir pine surge and partial rolling raspine surge.
When operated, the upper limit will be Y 0 regardless of sitting height setting switch SW 3 . First, to explain the manual massage operation, if mode switch SW 2 is set to "operation" as described above, massage will start at the upper and lower points considered to be shoulder positions, depending on the set position of sitting height setting switch SW 3 . . If you want to move the kneading motion downward, for example to the lower back position, you can press switch SW 11 to specify "down". At this time, the wheel body 3 first reaches its maximum protrusion amount and then moves downward, and the vertical position is at the lower limit Y 30
While holding down switch SW 11 until reaching
Continue descending. Then, by turning off the switch SW 11 , the kneading operation at that position is resumed. lower limit
If switch SW 11 is still pressed even after reaching Y 30 , the entire load will be turned off and stopped at this lower limit Y 30 position, and after switch SW 11 returns, the kneading operation will resume at the lower limit Y 30 position. . By the way, the kneading motion is an action that applies force to the human body from above to below, so it is effective for the shoulders, but sideburns are an action that applies force to the human body from below to above for areas other than the shoulders. Nomomi Pine Surge is more effective. Therefore, at this time, all you have to do is press switch SW 7 , which instructs you to raise your sideburns. Once switch SW 7 is turned on, motor M
When the direction of rotation is reversed, the sideburning operation starts and the light emitting element L5 adjacent to the switch SW7 is turned on. With this operating position, if you want to lower it downwards, you can press switch SW 11 , and if you want to raise it upwards, you can press switch SW 12 . In either case, while the switch SW 11 or switch SW 12 is pressed, the wheel body 3 moves downward or upward with the protrusion amount at its maximum, and when the switch SW 11 or switch SW 12 is released, the side-up operation starts. resume. Also, at this time, it will stop once it reaches the lower limit Y 30 , and as mentioned above, it will stop once at the maximum point Y 0 , regardless of the setting of seat height setting switch SW 3 , and then turn switch SW 12 off. Resume the sideburn movement. From the middle of this movement of raising or lowering your sideburns at any position, press the seat height setting switch.
When SW 3 is switched, the wheel body 3 is set as the seat height setting switch.
A state in which the shoulder position can be adjusted by moving to any of the up and down positions from Y 3 to Y 9 , which are considered to be the new shoulder positions corresponding to the switching position set in SW 3 , and starting the lowering operation. shall be. FIG. 24 is a float chart of the above operation. If you want to increase the distance between the pair of wheels 3, just press switch SW 9 . While the switch SW 9 is pressed, the electromagnetic clutch 10 is connected and the pair of wheels 3 move away from each other. And the limit of movement in this expanding direction
X 6 (However, as mentioned above, at a position below Y 14
If the switch SW 9 is still pressed even after reaching X 4 ), the entire load is temporarily turned off and the sideburning operation is resumed after the switch SW 9 is turned off, in the same way as when the upper limit or lower limit is reached. When it is desired to narrow the distance between the pair of wheels 3, it is sufficient to press the switch SW 10 , and when the movement limit X 0 in the direction of narrowing is reached, the operation is the same as when each of the above limits is reached. In addition, when lowering the wheel 3 downward from a state where the wheel 3 is located above Y 13 and in the range of X 4 to X 6 , the wheel 3
At the Y13 position, the distance between the wheel bodies 3 is set to the X4 position, and then the subsequent descent is continued. Next, I will explain the action of saramatsusaj, which stretches the back. When the switch SW 6 is turned on, the control circuit C first sets the distance between the pair of wheels 3 to the narrowest (position is set to the maximum, and then an automatic reversal vertical movement is performed between the upper limit and the lower limit, and the outer ring 21 of the ring body 3 starts a slapping movement in which the outer ring 21 rolls along the back muscles of the back of the human body, and at the same time, the light emitting element L 4 is activated. Turn it on. However, the lower limit of automatic reversal vertical movement is always Y 30 , but the upper limit is Y 0 and Y 0 depending on the switching position of seat height setting switch SW 3 .
Varies between Y 6 . FIG. 25a shows a flowchart when the seat height setting switch SW 3 is set to vii, and FIG. 25b shows a flowchart when the seat height setting switch SW 3 is set to iv. When switch SW 13 is turned on to specify partial rolling, after setting the distance between the pair of wheels 3 to the narrowest (X 0 ) and setting the protrusion amount to the maximum (sensor S H on), switch SW 13 is turned on. The wheel body 3 starts automatic reversal vertical movement within a vertical range of 4 points upward and 4 points downward from the vertical point Yn of the wheel body 3 at the time of insertion, and the light emitting element L7 is turned on. For example, wheel 3 is Y 17 when it is turned on.
When it is located between both points Y 18 , the automatic reversal range is 8 sections between Y 14 and Y 21 .
In addition, when this partial rolling is performed, the highest limit is always the Y0 point regardless of the seat height setting switch SW 3 , and as is clear from the flowchart shown in Figure 26, when the rise exceeds the Y0 point,
And when the descent exceeds Y30 points, the vertical movement range is shifted downward or upward, respectively, so that a vertical movement range of 8 sections is secured even at this time. If you want to change this vertical movement range, you only need to turn on switch SW 12 or switch SW 11. In this case, the center of the vertical movement range will be moved upward only in the section that has been raised or lowered by turning on switch SW 11 or switch SW 12 . Or return to the partial rolling sari pine surge action while shifting downward. For example, above 8
If the wheel body 3 is located near the upper limit of the vertical movement range of the section, and switch SW 11 is turned on to lower it by a small section, the vertical movement range will be determined around the new position. This is because, on the contrary, the range of vertical movement shifts upward. A pair of rings 3
If you want to change the interval, just insert switch SW 9 or switch SW 10 . However, in the case of the above-mentioned back-stretching sasuri-matsu-surge and this partial rolling sasuri-matsu-surge, in consideration of the movement area of the wheel body 3 mentioned above, it is necessary to prevent it from becoming wider than X 5 .
X 4 is the limit of movement in the direction of widening. If switch SW 9 or switch SW 10 is still on after reaching X 4 or Return to pine surge. When the mode switch SW 2 is set to "stop", the control circuit C stops the wheel 3 on the spot. When switch SW 2 is set to "storage", first raise wheel 3 to the maximum limit Y 0 , then increase the maximum interval (X 6 )
The rear wheel body 3 is moved to minimize the amount of protrusion of the rear wheel body 3 (sensor S L is on), and then the entire load is turned off. About 15 minutes have passed since mode switch SW 2 was set to "operation", and the auxiliary control circuit
Even when the SC timer circuit SC 5 times up,
Perform this storage operation. Now, the pine surge based on the operation program pattern will be explained below. The motion program pattern includes the control circuit, the motion position in the vertical direction and the width position (the vertical motion range), the motion content of either sideburn up, sideburn down, or rubbing pine surge,
It is stored in advance as a pattern table in which data consisting of the number of rotations of the wheel 3 or the number of operations, which is the number of vertical movements, is written in the order of execution.
"Whole body" by switching pattern change switch SW 4
The pattern tables corresponding to the "neck/shoulder" and "waist" patterns are called up, and when start switch SW 5 is turned on, the data written in the pattern table is sequentially read into the control circuit C and executed. Especially for the upper and lower operation positions of this data, the operation execution position is calculated according to the set position of the sitting height setting switch SW3 , and the operation is executed at the position based on this. In other words, if mode switch SW 2 is set to "operation",
As mentioned above, the wheel body 3 is placed at the up and down position which is considered to be the shoulder position according to the switching position of the seat height setting switch SW 3 .
starts the kneading motion, and once the user has confirmed that the wheel 3 is aligned with his/her shoulder position, the user then sets the pattern changeover switch SW 4 to one of the three patterns mentioned above. then press start switch SW 5 . If it does not match, switch the sitting height setting switch SW 3 . By this switching, the control circuit C causes the wheel body 3 to be set at one of the points Y3 to Y9 , which are set according to the switching position of the seat height setting switch SW3 , as shown in FIG.
, so that the wheel body 3 is aligned with the shoulder position, and then perform the above operation. In this way, the pine surge based on the motion program pattern is started, and from then on, the motions registered in the motion program pattern selected by the pattern changeover switch SW 4 are sequentially performed. To explain the pine surge operation based on the operation program pattern, a flowchart in this case is shown in FIG. 23, and a movement locus of the wheel 3 is shown in FIG. 20. The numbers surrounded by circles in FIG. 20 indicate the operation order, and correspond to the numbers surrounded by circles in the flowchart of FIG. 23. In addition, the seat height setting switch SW 3 is shown in both figures.
shows the case where the height is set to vii, which is suitable for the person with the highest sitting height. When the start switch SW 5 is turned on, the control circuit C first moves the wheels 3 in the axial direction so that the distance between the wheels 3 becomes Rotate the wheel 3 until the sensor S H turns on to maximize
Start doing pine massage to stretch your back between Y 30 . In other words, instead of suddenly giving the human body a strong stimulus like massaging pine surge, pine surge starts with a weak stimulus called rubbing pine surge. The number of vertical movements in the pine surge is counted by counting the signal that detects that the upper limit has been reached in the counting circuit C5 of the control circuit C, and when it reaches a predetermined number of times, the next X 0 / Y 0 position, In other words, it moves to a lifting motion at the neck position, and the ring body 3 detected by sensor S H
If the number of rotations reaches the specified number of times, further X 0・Y 1
When the kneading operation at the position reaches a predetermined number of times, kneading is performed at the X 1 and Y 3 positions, and then kneading is performed at the X 5 and Y 3 positions. After these series of kneading pine surge movements at the neck and shoulder positions, perform the masuri pine surge once and then move the X 0 , Y 0 and
A sideburn movement is performed at the X 0 and Y 1 positions, and after this, sideburn pine surges are performed while sequentially moving the movement position downward from the shoulder position to areas along the lower back muscles. After the pine surge of sideburns at the X 1 and Y 30 positions, it is X 3 and Y 23 ,
Pine surge of sideburns at certain positions Y 26 and Y 29 is performed. After the massaging massage that gives strong stimulation to the human body is performed in various parts of the body such as the neck, shoulders, and lower back, moving from the upper part to the lower part and from the center of the body to the outer part, the body In order to adjust the condition, the pine massage at the X1 position is repeated a predetermined number of times, and a weak stimulation is applied to the entire body to complete the pine surgery. Finally, the wheel body 3 is moved to the X 6 Y 0 position and the movement of the wheel body 3 is stopped with the amount of protrusion minimized, in the same way as when the mode switch SW 2 is set to "storage". As mentioned above, the above is when the sitting height setting switch SW 3 is set to suit the person with the highest sitting height, but when the sitting height setting switch SW 3 is set to iv, for example, as shown in Fig. 19. In the above operation explanation, the vertical position is Y 0 to Y 3, Y 1 to Y 3 , and Y 1 to Y 3.
Y 4 , Y 15 to Y 16 , and so on are all executed with downward shifts. If the seat height setting switch SW3 is switched after turning on the start switch SW5 , the operation after this switching operation will be based on the newly set seat height level. If pattern changeover switch SW 4 is set to "Neck/Shoulder" and start switch SW 5 is turned on, the second
1. Execute the pine surge operation in the order shown in Figure 1. That is, it starts with pine surge, which gives a weak stimulation, called rubbing pine surge, and then moves to pine surge, which gives strong stimulation, called kneading pine surge. This kneading and pine surge is performed by sequentially shifting the operating position from the upper part to the lower part, and from the center of the body to the outer part. It should be noted that kneading is performed at the shoulder position, and kneading and pine surges at other parts are performed by kneading up. Finally, after rubbing the entire body to prepare the body, move the ring body 3 to the storage position (X 6 · Y 0 ). When pattern changeover switch SW 4 is set to "waist" and start switch SW 5 is turned on, the 22nd
As shown in the figure, first perform the whole body sasurimatsusurge, then perform the sasurimatsusurge on the area below Y 20 , and then move up and down several times to perform the
Perform sideburn pine surge at one position to loosen the center of the body, and then perform sideburn pine surge while changing the operating position from the center to the outside and from upward to downward. After giving a strong stimulus to the lower back with the sideburn massage, first perform the lower half massage, then the whole body massage, and finally place the ring body in the retracted position.
move. 21 and 22 also show the case where the seat height setting switch SW 3 is set to vii, and when the seat height setting switch SW 3 is set to another position, each upper and lower point is set to the 19th position.
At the points shown in the figure, for example, set the seat height setting switch.
If SW 3 is set to iii, the point Y20 is shifted to the point Y22 and the pine surge operation is performed. As mentioned above, the pine massage, which gives a weak stimulation to the human body, and the massage pine surgery, which gives a stronger stimulation to the human body, are sequentially performed on the "pressure points" of each part of the human body,
Finally, a weak stimulus called pine surge is given to the human body again, but the following points should be added here. That is, in the structure shown in the above embodiment, when the wheel body 3 is moved in the axial direction of the main shaft 4 to change the width as described above, the wheel body 3 is in a state of rotating together with the main shaft 4. That's what it means. In other words, the wheel body 3 massages the area along this movement path while changing its width. This kind of moving pine surge gives less stimulation to the human body than when pine surge is concentrated on one point, even if it is the same pine surge. Based on this structural feature, it is possible to apply a not-so-strong fir pine surge at first among the stages of applying strong stimulation to the human body, and then a strong fir pine surge that intensively stimulates one point. An example of this is the stage from to in FIG. 21 in the case of the above-mentioned "neck/shoulders". Furthermore, although not shown in the above embodiment, it is possible to vary the strength of the pine surge. In other words, in the above embodiment, the pine serge was always performed with the protrusion amount of the ring body 3 at its maximum, but first the pine surge was performed when the amount of protrusion was the minimum, and then the pine surge was performed when the amount of protrusion was the maximum. This can be easily realized by the presence of the sensor S L. In this case, if the kneading pine surge is also varied in strength as described above, it is possible to have a total of four levels of strength variations in which the intensity of the stimulation changes sequentially. Of course, if the protrusion amount detection section T that can detect the protrusion amount in more stages is used, the strength of the stimulation can be continuously changed. [Effects of the Invention] As described above, in the present invention, even if you want to perform pine surgery intensively on a certain specific area, you can receive pine surgery by simply selecting and specifying the pine surgery pattern, and you can also choose what kind of pine surgery you want. Even when you select a pattern, you can get a pine surge that automatically changes the stimulation to the human body in the order of weak, strong, and weak, without causing troublesome operations or mistakes, and without suddenly changing the stimulation to the human body. To obtain effective pine surgery while always minimizing the burden on the human body without causing damage to the human body that occurs when strong stimulation is applied to the human body or aftereffects that occur when strong pine surgery is abruptly stopped.
