As shown in FIG. 20, the treatment elements 4 include ring-shaped parts attached at intervals to the main shaft 1 which is rotatably driven. A pair of ring-shaped treatment elements 4, 4 attached in an eccentric and inclined state with respect to the main shaft 1 performs a massage operation as the main shaft 1 rotates. However, with a treatment element having such a shape, the amount of protrusion of the treatment element 4 from the main shaft 1 is determined only by the outer diameter and eccentricity of the treatment element 4. Since the curvature of the outer surface of the child 4 becomes smaller and the contact area with the body becomes larger, there is a problem in that it is not possible to obtain the so-called point pine surge that presses the ``pressure points'', and even if the amount of eccentricity is increased, this The same is true since it is limited by the outer diameter. Therefore, by using the treatment element 4 whose outer diameter is set to obtain point pine surge, the results shown in FIGS. 21 and 22 are
As shown in the figure, when attempting to perform pine surges on the sides of the neck or shoulders, the main shaft 1 hits the rear part of the neck, making it impossible to obtain sufficient pine surges.

Since there is no particular restriction on the length of the arm, the configuration is such that it can satisfy both the point pine surge and the pine surge on the sides of the neck and shoulders. However, even in this pine surge machine, it is not possible to adjust the amount of protrusion of the treatment element from the main axis.
It has the following problems. In other words, if the amount of protrusion from the main axis of the treatment element is the same when performing pine surgery on the side of the neck or shoulders and when performing pine surgery on the back or lower back, it is difficult to perform appropriate pine surgery on each part. I can't do it,
If the amount of protrusion of the treatment element is determined according to the shoulders, the pine surge on the back of the neck, back, lower back, etc. will become too strong, which is dangerous. pine surge becomes too weak.

Therefore, the present invention provides a medical treatment system that is attached via an arm to an outer ring that is freely rotatable around the outer periphery of an eccentric inner ring that is attached to a rotationally driven main shaft, and whose rotation around the main shaft is restricted. The pine surge machine is equipped with a pair of treatment elements, a width changing means for changing the problem of both treatment elements, a protrusion amount adjustment means for changing the protrusion amount of both treatment elements by changing the position around the main axis of the outer ring, and a width. The width changing means and interlocking means suppress each other between the range of operation for changing the spacing of the treatment elements by the changing means and the range of operation for adjusting the protrusion amount of the treatment elements by the protrusion amount adjustment means. By means of the projection amount adjustment means, the treatment element can be set in the optimum state for each part to be treated, and the range of motion for adjusting the projection amount and changing the width of the treatment element is mutually suppressed. The interlocking means prevents the treatment element with a large protrusion from being located in a dangerous area such as the back of the neck.

All books are rotationally driven by a motor M, and the rotational direction of each shaft is controlled by changing the rotational direction of the motor M itself. However,
These three axes are not individually connected to the motor M, but the main shaft 1 and the drive shaft 2 are driven alternatively, but when the main shaft 1 is connected to the motor M, the feed shaft 3 is It is configured such that only the motor M can be connected to the motor M. To explain this power transmission switching mechanism and the reduction mechanism in the gearbox 10, the power transmission switching mechanism is composed of a planetary device 5, two electromagnetic brakes SL 1 and SL 2 , and an electromagnetic clutch SL 3 , and the output from the planetary device 5 is is selectively transmitted to the pair of worm shafts 11 and 12 by the operation of either of the pair of electromagnetic brakes SL 1 and SL 2 . A worm wheel 13 splined to the outer periphery of the cylindrical body 21 is engaged with the worm shaft 11, and a worm wheel 14 supported by a shaft 15 is engaged with the other worm shaft 12. Worm wheel 13
The rotation of the worm wheel 14 is transmitted to the drive shaft 2 and causes the mechanism to move up and down, and the rotation of the worm wheel 14 is also transmitted to the drive shaft 2.
The signal is transmitted to the main shaft 1 by an elliptical gear 16 supported by the main shaft 1 and a driven elliptical gear 17 that is fixed to the main shaft 1 and meshes with the elliptical gear 16.

The treatment element 4 attached to the arm 44 protruding from the outer ring 43 performs a three-dimensional movement similar to wobbling due to the eccentricity and inclination of the eccentric inner ring 41. In other words, the amount of protrusion of both treatment elements 4, 4 toward the cover sheet changes periodically, and
The distance between the two treatment elements 4 also changes periodically, and the back of the human body leaning against the backrest 84 is
By this movement of the treatment element 4, massage is performed. There are two types of pine surges depending on the direction of rotation of the main shaft 1. There are two cases: the treatment element 4 presses the back of the human body from above to below through the cover sheet, and the other case it moves from below to upward; the former will be considered here for convenience. The latter are called sideburns.

Touch and move the back of the body in the direction along the spine to perform a sari pine surge to stretch the spine. When the feed shaft 3 is rotated, the pitch between the pair of treatment elements 4, 4 is changed as described above.

The rotating plate 47 rotates within the range in which the pin 47b is restricted by the pins 47b and 33c, and at this time, the outer ring 43 connected to the rotating plate 47 by the tension coil spring CS1 also rotates. For this purpose, the treatment element 4 provided at the tip of the arm 44 moves from the position shown by the chain line to the position shown by the solid line in FIG. 5 according to the amount of tension of the wire 100, and protrudes toward the cover sheet side Increase the amount. The shoulder of the human body leaning against the backrest 84 is moved to a position where it can be pressed from above. Conversely, if you loosen wire 100,
The rotating plate 47 is returned to its original position by the return spring CS2 .
Since the outer ring 41 connected to the rotating plate 47 by a wire 49 also returns to its original position, the amount of protrusion of the treatment element 4 toward the cover sheet side is reduced. The amount of protrusion is suitable for pushing the back and waist of the human body from behind.

Moreover, the rotation of the rotation plate 47 in the direction of increasing the amount of protrusion of the treatment element 4 is as follows.
Since it is transmitted to the outer ring 43 via the tension coil spring CS 1 , not only when the amount of protrusion is increased as shown by the solid line in FIG. , regardless of the position of the rotating plate 47, the tension coil spring CS 1
By applying a force that resists , the amount of protrusion of the treatment element 4 can be reduced. In other words, the strength of the pine surge caused by the treatment element 4 never exceeds the value set by the spring force of the tension coil spring CS1 .

Each means for detecting the pitch between the treatment elements 4 and the amount of protrusion of the treatment elements 4 toward the cover sheet side will be explained. First, there is a means for detecting the vertical position of the treatment element 4 along the rail 8. As shown in FIG. 9 and FIG. Discs 29 and 30 are driven to rotate at a slow speed as the drive shaft 2 rotates using a gear 28 connected via a clutch 26 as a reduction gear train, and arcuate holes 29a and 3 formed in both discs 29 and 30.
It is composed of switches PS 1 and PS 2 that optically detect 0a, and in this embodiment, the vertical position to be detected can be set to the position of the neck or shoulder by a combination of on/off of both switches PS 1 and PS 2 . The corresponding upper edge y 1 ,
There are three points: a point y 2 corresponding to the position of the back, and a lower end y 3 corresponding to the position of the waist.

いる。 Now, the operations performed in response to inputs to the operating device 6 will be explained. When power switch SW 1 is turned on,
First, an operation is performed in which the amount of protrusion of the treatment element 4 due to the rotation of the rotation plate 47 is minimized. This point will be explained in more detail later. Next, when the mode switch SW 2 is changed from "storage" or "stop" to "operation", the treatment element 4 starts kneading the sideburns at that position. To change this kneading position, all you have to do is operate the switches SW 4 to SW 7 . While the input from each switch SW 4 to SW 7 continues, the treatment element 4 moves in the designated direction. However, once the limit of movement in each direction is reached, the treatment child 4
stops moving at that point, and resumes the sideburn movement when the hands are removed from switches SW 4 to SW 7 . Further, the movement range of the treatment element 4 in the vertical direction and in the width direction is narrower than the structural movable range as follows. That is, as shown in FIG. 17, when the width position of the treatment element 4 is between x 1 and x 2 , vertical movement is possible in the entire vertical range from y 1 to y 3 ; When it is between x 2 and x 3 , it moves up and down only between y 1 and y 2 , and when there is a treatment element 4 between y 1 and y 2 , it moves from x 1 to
Although the width of the treatment element 4 is variable in the range up to x 3 , when it is between y 2 and y 3 , it changes from x 1 to
The width can only be adjusted between x 2 .

Now, when you operate the "back stretch" switch SW 30 , it will first check if the width of the treatment element 4 is between x 1 and x 2 , and if it is between x 2 and x 3 , Width adjustment is made so that it is located at x 2 . Next, after the rotation of the main shaft 1 is controlled so that the amount of protrusion toward the cover sheet side by the eccentric inner ring 41 is maximized, vertical movement by rotating the drive shaft 2 is started, and "back straightening" is performed. Sasurimatsusage is performed. At this time, when the treatment element 4 reaches the upper and lower ends y 1 and y 3 , the direction of vertical movement is automatically reversed by controlling the rotation direction of the motor M. Also, while the switch SW 30 is doing the sari pine surge to lengthen the back,
When switches SW 4 to SW 7 are operated, the operations by these switches SW 4 to SW 7 are executed by interrupt.
Manual reversal or width adjustment is performed.

When the switch SW 32 for specifying "shoulder" is pressed, the treatment element 4 moves to the position indicated by x 2 , y 1 , and the amount of protrusion is increased by rotating the rotating plate 47 as described later. ,
Start kneading motion. When the switch SW 33 for specifying ``back'' is pressed, the treatment element 4 moves to the position indicated by x 2 , y 2 and then starts to raise the sideburns. When the switch SW 34 for specifying "waist" is pressed, the treatment element 4 moves to the position indicated by x 2 , y 3 and then starts the kneading motion. In either case, the position can be finely adjusted by operating switches SW 4 to SW 7 , and the amount of protrusion of the treatment element 4 can be adjusted by operating switches SW 8 and SW 9 , that is, the strength of the pine surge can be adjusted. is becoming possible.

ているようにしているわけである。 Now, the amount of protrusion of the treatment element 4 (the amount of arm protrusion) can be adjusted by rotating the rotating plate 47 using the wire drive unit, as described above, by operating the switches SW 8 and SW 9 on the operating device 6. This point will be explained in detail. When both switches SW 8 and SW 9 are operated, the control circuit CPU 2 receiving the corresponding signals outputs the output to the arm protrusion drive circuit J consisting of transistors T 1 to T 4 as shown in FIG. 15. By controlling the voltage levels of the terminals TO 1 and TO 2 , the motor M 2 is caused to rotate in either direction, and the wire 100 is pulled or loosened to adjust the protrusion amount of the treatment element 4. Now, when the power switch SW 1 is turned on, the control circuit CPU 2 resets and starts, and by setting both the output terminals TO 1 and TO 2 to “L”, the motor M 2 can rotate. After checking the output state of the micro switch MS1 for detecting that the protrusion amount is at the minimum, if this is "H", move on to the next step of checking the state of the mode switch SW2 . , micro switch
If the output of MS 1 is "L", the motor M 2 is rotated in one direction until the output of micro switch MS 1 becomes "H", that is, until the amount of protrusion of the treatment element 4 becomes the minimum. Note that this operation may be performed when the mode switch SW2 is set to "operation". You can also “storage” mode switch SW 2 .
In this case, just as the amount of protrusion by the eccentric inner ring 41 is minimized, the amount of protrusion of the treatment element 4 by the rotary plate 47 is also minimized. In any case, the amount of protrusion of the treatment element 4 is made small at the time when the pine surge is started.

When SW 8 is operated, the control circuit
The CPU 2 sets the output terminal TO 2 to "H", turns on the transistors T 1 and T 4 , rotates the motor M 2 , and causes the wire 100 to be pulled. As a result, the amount of protrusion of the treatment element 4 is increased. Then, when the operation input to switch SW 8 disappears or when the output of micro switch MS 2 becomes "H", motor M 2 is stopped and switch SW 8 is turned off.

The CPU 2 sets the output terminal TO 1 to "H" and turns on the transistors T 2 and T 3 to rotate the motor M 2 in the opposite direction, thereby reducing the amount of protrusion of the treatment element 4. Since the strength of the massage element 4's contact with the back of the leaning human body is adjusted, the user can arbitrarily select the strength of the pine surge according to his/her preference.

はもちろんである。 However, the rotating plate 4 in this pine surge machine
The main purpose of adjusting the protrusion amount of the treatment element 4 in step 7 is to be able to knead it from above the shoulder when performing pine surgery on the shoulder. It is set so that sufficient pine surge can be obtained even when the For this reason, when performing pine surgery on areas other than the shoulder, the amount of protrusion is usually kept at a minimum unless the user adjusts the strength. On the other hand, as mentioned above, when the switch SW 32 , which specifies the kneading motion for the shoulder, is operated, the treatment element 4 automatically protrudes to perform massage on the shoulder from above. When this operation of increasing the amount of protrusion is performed regardless of the position of the treatment element 4, a strong pine surge will be applied to that area, which is always dangerous. For this purpose, switch
The operation of increasing the amount of protrusion of the treatment element 4 when the SW 32 is operated is performed after the treatment element 4 has moved to a position corresponding to the shoulder.
That is, as shown in FIGS. 17 and 18,
When the switch SW 32 is operated, the treatment element 4 first moves to the upper limit y 1 , and then further moves to the maximum width x 3 position, and then the treatment element 4 is moved to protrude, and then the kneading operation is started. I'm trying to keep it that way.
When the switches SW 30 , SW 33 , and SW 34 for specifying pine surge for other parts are operated from this state, conversely, the amount of protrusion of the treatment element 4 is first minimized, and then the treatment element 4 is moved to the specified position. Of course.

This is to maximize safety since the width varies depending on the width, and if the above-mentioned danger can be sufficiently avoided with the intermediate width x 2 , then that width may be used.

However, although there is no problem when the switch SW 6 that increases the width is operated, when the switch SW 7 that narrows the width is operated, the pair of treatment elements 4 that protrude greatly,
4, there is a risk of getting your neck caught.
For this reason, when the switch SW 7 is operated while pine surgery is being performed on the shoulder, when the width of the pair of treatment elements 4, 4 becomes x 2 , regardless of the state of the switch SW 7 , The operation to narrow the width is stopped. FIG. 19 shows a slow chart of this operation.

As described above, the present invention includes the treatment element provided via the arm, and also includes the protrusion amount adjusting means and the width changing means.
It is possible to perform sufficient pine surge on the shoulders and moderate pine surge on the neck, back, waist, etc., as well as adjust the strength of the pine surge on these areas. Moreover, the width change range of the treatment element and the protrusion adjustment movement can be performed. Since the interlocking means applies mutual restraint to the range, there is a risk of getting your neck caught or performing extremely strong pine surge when narrowing the interval between the treatment elements when the amount of protrusion is large. can be eliminated and is highly safe.
