Claims (1)
- ワークに流体を噴出して供給する装置であつて
、上記流体をワークに向けて噴出する複数の噴出
ノズルを有するチヤンバ部材と、該チヤンバ部材
を上記ワークに対し接離移動させる移動手段と、
該移動手段の作動によりワークに対し接離移動せ
しめられる上記チヤンバ部材をガイドし、一端が
該チヤンバ部材内に開口する筒状ガイドロツドと
、該ガイドロツドをその他端側を収容した状態で
移動可能に支持する筒状体と、該筒状体に接続さ
れ、上記流体を上記噴出ノズルから噴出させるべ
くガイドロツド他端開口部を経て上記チヤンバ部
材内に導入する流体供給手段とを備えたことを特
徴とする噴出流体供給装置。
