    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 液体吸上げ用貫通穴を軸心方向に形成した軸を
    有し、該軸の中間部に複数個の圧電素子を取付け
    、該軸の外周に設けたねじ溝に螺合する上下の締
    付けナツトにより、それぞれの上下のワツシヤを
    介して前記圧電素子を締付け固定する構造の超音
    波霧化器において、前記圧電素子部への液体の浸
    入を防止する弾性材でなる封止体を、前記締付け
    ナツトによる締付け力を利用して、前記上下のワ
    ツシヤ間で挟持して取付けたことを特徴とする超
    音波霧化器。
