Claims (1)
- 上端に開口する液体吸い上げ用穴を軸方向に有
し、先端に円板状部を設けた霧化用ホーン部を上
部に形成した軸体に、複数枚の環状圧電素子を締
め付け手段で締め付け一体化してなる超音波霧化
器であつて、前記円板状部の外周面下縁から前記
霧化用ホーン部の小径部外周面に達する前記円板
状部下面を、前記軸体の中心軸を通る断面の外形
線が前記小径部に接する略円弧状曲線を成す如く
環状曲面で構成したことを特徴とする超音波霧化
器。
