Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 被組付ワークＷを載置した搬送ハンガＨとパ
    ーツｗを収納したパレツトＰを同期搬送部Ｄにお
    いて並走させ、この同期搬送部Ｄにおいて前記被
    組付ワークＷに対するパーツｗの組付け作業を行
    うパーツ搬送装置において、 同期搬送部Ｄの始端部で上方から下方へ傾斜し
    、終端部で下方から上方へ傾斜するハンガ搬送路
    Ｒと、被組付ワークＷを支持して前記ハンガ搬送
    路Ｒを移動するとともに下方に突出する係合部材
    １１を有する搬送ハンガＨと、同期搬送部Ｄにお
    いて前記ハンガ搬送路Ｒに並設したパレツト搬送
    路Ｃと、パーツｗを収納して前記パレツト搬送路
    Ｃを移動するとともに前記搬送ハンガＨの係合部
    材１１に係合可能な係止部材２７を有するパレツ
    トＰとを備え、同期搬送部Ｄにおいて前記係合部
    材１１と係止部材２７により連結した搬送ハンガ
    ＨとパレツトＰを一体で並走させることを特徴と
    するパーツ搬送装置。 前記係止部材２７をパレツトＰに収納自在に
    装着し、同期搬送部Ｄの始端部に設けた係止部材
    押出機構Ｂ１で前記係止部材２７を突出位置に移
    動させるとともに、同期搬送部Ｄの終端部に設け
    た係止部材収納機構Ｂ２で前記係止部材２７を収
    納位置に移動させることを特徴とする請求項記
    載のパーツ搬送装置。
