- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 野菜類の塩漬をする装置であつて、 漬込槽２の外周に、内部の漬込液を直接冷却す
べく環状の冷媒ジヤケツト１を形成し、この冷媒
ジヤケツトの冷媒供給系路と別個に、漬込槽内の
漬込液を循環させる循環系路１０を構成したこと
を特徴とする冷媒ジヤケツト式漬込み装置。
