Claims (1)
- 膨張弁本体２にそれぞれ形成された冷媒の入口
側流路３から出口側流路４へ達する冷媒の流量を
制御するボール弁６を、前記膨張弁本体２に設け
られた均圧ケース８内のダイヤフラム９により、
該ダイヤフラム９と一体となつたスペーサ１０及
び弁棒７を介して変位させるようにした膨張弁に
おいて、前記ボール弁６、前記弁棒７、前記スペ
ーサ１０、及び、前記ダイヤフラム９のうち、少
なくとも前記ダイヤフラム９を制振鋼板により形
成してなる膨張弁。
