Description
本発明は、新規な透明でゲル状の身体用洗浄
剤、特に、低温時も透明性を失なわない身体用透
明ゲル状洗浄剤に関する。
身体の洗浄剤には、従来より固形の化粧石鹸あ
るいはボデイシヤンプー等の液状洗浄剤が用いら
れている。
中でも、固形の化粧石鹸はその優れた使用感か
ら広く汎用されているが、剤型的にふやけ、亀裂
を生じ易く、また使用するにつれて、泡立ちが悪
くなることがよく知られている。
一方、ボデイシヤンプー等の液状洗浄剤は、化
粧石鹸の剤型的な欠点および使用するにつれて泡
立ちが悪くなる欠点を解消するものであるが、ヌ
ルツキ等の使用感の点で化粧石鹸に劣り、加えて
液状であるため使用時のハンドリングが難しく、
タオル等からこぼれ易いなどの欠点を有してい
る。
このような事情にかんがみ、本発明者らは、化
粧石鹸および身体用液状洗浄剤の有する欠点を解
消し、かつ両者の利点を生かした身体用洗浄剤を
得るべく鋭意検討を重ねた結果、意外にも、ある
種の特定の界面活性剤を組合せて得られる透明ゲ
ル状の洗浄剤がその目的を達成できることを見出
し、本発明を完成するにいたつた。
すなわち、本発明は、
(A) オレイン酸カリウム(以下、A成分という)、
(B) 式:
R―O(CH2CH2)oSO3Na ()
(式中、Rはヤシ油脂肪酸(一般に、C8〜C14
酸を主成分とする)由来の炭化水素基、nは1〜
3を意味する)
で示されるポリオキシエチレンアルキルエーテル
硫酸ナトリウム(以下B成分という)ならびに、
(C) 式:
R―CON(C2H4OH)2 ()
(式中、Rはヤシ油脂肪酸(一般に、C8〜C14
酸を主成分とする)由来の炭化水素基を意味す
る)
で示されるヤシ油脂肪酸ジエタノールアミド(以
下、C成分という)を配合してなる身体用透明ゲ
ル状洗浄剤を提供するものである。
本発明の洗浄剤は、ヌルツキの少ない良好な使
用感を有し、泡立ちが良好で、かつ、使いはじめ
から終りまで一定の性能を保持し、さらに、ゲル
状であるので液状洗浄剤にみられるようなハンド
リング上の難点もなく、低温安定性に優れ、低温
時でも透明性を失なわない、きわめてすぐれた性
能を発揮する。
つぎに、前記A〜C成分の配合割合と洗浄剤の
性能の関係を試験した結果を示す。
(1) A成分とB成分の配合量
つぎの基本処方において、C成分(ヤシ油脂肪
酸ジエタノールアミド()の配合量を、全量に
対して3重量%として、A成分(オレイン酸カリ
ウム)およびB成分(ポリオキシエチレン(3)アル
キルエーテル硫酸ナトリウム()の配合量を
種々に変化させ、常法にしたがつて各成分を加熱
混合し、各種の身体用洗浄剤を調製した。

(イ) 性状(ゲル化の状態)の評価
前記の洗浄剤の性状(ゲル化の状態)をつぎの
とおり評価した。
性状(ゲル化の状態):調製時の性状を観察し、
つぎの基準により評価した。
〇…透明ゲル状、△…粘稠な液体、×…その他
の状態(液状、混濁、非常に粘稠な液状など)
結果を第1表に示す。

However, the inventors have discovered that a transparent gel-like cleaning agent obtained by combining certain specific surfactants can achieve this purpose, and have completed the present invention. 前記(1)における基本処方に準じ、全重量に対し
A成分10重量%およびB成分9重量%として、C
成分(ヤシ油脂肪酸ジエタノールアミド)の配合
量を種々変化させ、常法にしたがつて各成分を加
熱混合し、各種の身体用洗浄剤を調製した。
得られた洗浄剤の性状(ゲル化の状態)および
低温時の安定性(透明性)を前記(1)と同様にして
評価した。

かくして、本発明の身体用洗浄剤は、基本的に
前記A〜C成分を水に分散、溶解させ、ゲル化さ
せてなる透明ゲル状の洗浄剤である。
前記試験結果に示すごとく、全量に対して、A
成分としては、オレイン酸カリウム7〜10重量
%、B成分としては、式()のポリオキシエチ
レンアルキルエーテル硫酸ナトリウム6〜15重量
%、C成分としては、式()のヤシ油脂肪酸ジ
エタノールアミドを、1〜5重量%、好ましく
は、3〜5重量%の割合で配合する。
本発明の透明ゲル状洗浄剤は、常法にしたがつ
て、A〜C成分を水に分散、加熱溶解させること
により製造でき、所望により、香料、着色料のご
とき、他の添加剤を加えてもよい。
つぎに実施例を挙げて本発明をさらに詳しく説
明する。
実施例 1
全身用透明ゲル状洗浄剤

常法にしたがつて、各成分を加熱溶解混合し、
身体用ゲル状洗浄剤を得た。
得られた身体用透明ゲル状洗浄剤の性能を市販
のボデイー・シヤンプー(主成分:アルキル硫酸
ナトリウムおよびヤシ油脂肪酸ジエタノールアミ
ド)、液体石鹸(主成分:ヤシ油脂肪酸カリウム)
および固形化粧石鹸(主成分:ヤシ油脂肪酸ナト
リウムおよび牛脂肪酸ナトリウム)と、つぎのよ
うに比較した。
各試験項目はつぎのように評価した。
泡だち:ロスマイルス法により洗浄剤の0.5%
水溶液の泡の高さを測定し、つぎの基準により評
価した。
〇…150mm以上、△…100〜150mm、×…100mm以
下
溶解性:−5℃での溶解状態を透明容器で観察
し、つぎの基準により評価した。
〇…10日間以上透明、△…2〜10日間透明、×
…2日以内に混濁
使用感:実際に使用した場合のヌルツキをつぎ
の基準で評価した。
〇…ヌルツキなし、△…ややヌルツキがある、
×…かなりヌルツキがある
泡安定性:ロスマイルス法による5分後の泡の
高さにより、つぎの基準で評価した。
〇…初期の泡の高さに対して−5%以内の変
化、△…初期の泡の高さに対して−5×…初期の
泡の高さに対して−10%以上の変化
