Claims (1)
- 直流電源を断続して直流出力電圧を制御するト
ランジスタチヨツパ回路に於て、出力電圧制御用
のスイツチングトランジスタと該スイツチングト
ランジスタをドライブする駆動用トランジスタと
の間に、定電圧で駆動される電流制御用トランジ
スタと抵抗素子からなる定電流回路を挿入し、前
記スイツチングトランジスタを定電流駆動とした
ことを特徴とするトランジスタチヨツパ回路。
