Claims (1)
- クランク軸と連動して回転自在のカム軸と、前
記カム軸に固定されたカムと、前記カムと下端が
当接したプランジヤ突上棒と、前記プランジヤ突
上棒と連動し、シリンダ内を上下に往復動自在の
プランジヤとからなる燃料噴射ポンプを有する、
同一の内燃機関によつて火花点火および圧縮着火
を選択的に行なうことが可能な、火花点火および
圧縮着火兼用往復動式内燃機関において、前記カ
ム軸は中心軸線に沿つて移動可能となし、前記カ
ムは、前記プランジヤ突上棒を往復動させるため
の第１カムと、前記プランジヤ突上棒を一定の位
置に保持するための第２カムとからなり、前記プ
ランジヤ突上棒は、前記第１カムまたは前記第２
カムのいずれかと当接することを特徴とする火花
点火および圧縮着火兼用往復動式内燃機関。
