Claims (1)
ス量信号から両者の偏差信号を求める引算器と、
該引算器からの偏差信号を積分して得られた信号
を出力する比例積分調節器と、前記引算器からの
偏差信号に対応した信号を出力する関数発生器と
、前期比例積分調節器及び関数発生器からの信号
のうち低い信号を修正信号として選択し流体の流
量を制御する制御弁に与える上限信号制限器を備
えて成ることを特徴とするプラント制御装置。 a subtracter that calculates a deviation signal between the detected process quantity signal and the set process quantity signal;
