- 多重反射面を有する固体の遅延媒体の前記多重
反射面に入力トランスジユーサおよび出力トラン
スジユーサを取着し、前記トランスジユーサの側
面を延長する線と超音波の必要波通路の外側線と
で囲まれた領域のうち、前記トランスジユーサに
隣接する箇所の前記遅延媒体に切欠部を設けたこ
とを特徴とする超音波遅延線。
