- 圧電セラミツク基板の表面に入力トランスデユ
ーサおよび出力トランスデユーサを有する弾性表
面波デバイスにおいて、前記圧電セラミツク基板
の裏面であつて、入力トランスデユーサおよび出
力トランスデユーサの直下の対向領域を除きかつ
両トランスデユーサの間に位置する領域を含む領
域に、接地電極を形成したことを特徴とする弾性
表面波デバイス。
