は刃物盤、２１ａは軸部、２１ｂは突起刃、４１
は歯車である。
２図は第１図の−線に応じた縦断面図、第３

- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ 刃物デイスクの回転に伴つて投入された調理
材料をすりおろす調理装置において、 前記刃物デイスクは、中心に回転軸が取付けら
れる支持盤と、上面に多数の突起刃を有し、前記
支持盤の中心位置から偏位した箇所に回転可能に
支持された複数の刃物盤とからなることを特徴と
する調理装置の刃物デイスク。 ２ 刃物デイスクの回転に伴つて投入されれた調
理材料をすりおろす調理装置において、 前記刃物デイスクは、中心に回転軸が取付けら
れると共に、中心部に外歯が設けられた支持盤と
、上面に多数の突起刃を有し、前記支持盤の中心
から偏位した箇所にて軸部が回転可能に支持され
ると共に、該軸部に設けられた歯車が前記外歯に
噛合わされた複数の刃物盤とからなることを特徴
とする調理装置の刃物デイスク。
