Claims (1)
- ワークを順次移送して加工する流れ作業用ライ
ンにおいて、上記ワークを係脱可能の係合部材を
介して移送するためのシヤトルビームと、同シヤ
トルビームの往復動を案内する案内機構とをそな
え、上記シヤトルビームの下側にリニヤモータの
二次側導体板が装着されるとともに、同リニヤモ
ータの一次側固定コイル部材が、上記二次側導体
板に近接して対向するように固定ベース上に配設
されたことを特徴とする、流れ作業用シヤトルビ
ーム駆動装置。
