Claims (1)
- 大径厚肉鋼管外周の被検鏡物にバンドによつて
固定された研磨装置本体と、該本体に装架され、
本体の幅方向（Ｘ方向）に摺動可能なステージと
、同ステージに取り付けられ上下方向（Ｚ方向）
に移動可能の研磨治具と、同研磨治具に装着した
駆動装置に取り付けられた研磨棒とを備えたこと
を特徴とする大径厚肉鋼管用研磨装置。
