- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 薄肉円環状の台金の内周縁に、超砥粒を金
属めつき相で固定してなる砥粒層を電着形成した
内周刃砥石において、 前記台金の砥粒層近傍に、台金の半径方向に延
び、砥粒層よりも厚さが小さい補強部を形成した
ことを特徴とする内周刃砥石。 (2) 前記補強部は、めつき層であることを特徴
とする第１項記載の内周刃砥石。
