山形部、１２ａ，１３ａ……円弧面、１４ａ，１
４ｂ……段部、１５……小長孔、１６……電着砥
粒層、１７……帯状金属薄板。

Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 円環状金属薄板の外周縁部または内周縁部に、
    多数の隣接円弧面の端部同士を中心方向に向けた
    段部で相互に接続された弧状山形部を所定同一ピ
    ツチで交互に刃高を異にして全周に亘つて形成す
    るとともに、前記それぞれの弧状山形部の円弧面
    に沿つた内側に該弧状山形部の数に対応してピツ
    チ方向に向けて１つ以上並列した小長孔を形成し
    、該小長孔および前記弧状山形部を含む前記周縁
    部表裏面全面に所定幅でダイヤモンド、立方晶窒
    化硼素等の超硬砥粒を電着してなることを特徴と
    する精密切断用砥石。
