第１図は本考案の切断装置の一実施例の要部の
正面図、第２図は従来の切断装置の全体の概略斜
視図、第３図は第２図の支持台回りの正面図、第
４図と第５図は第２図の切断装置の切断状況を示
す側面図である。 図中、３は基軸、４は送り装置、５はその無端
チエン、６は後押し板、７はクランクアーム、８
は回転駆動軸、９は円盤刃、１０はその通過間〓
、１３，１４は押圧蓋、１７，１８は対の支持台
、１９は支持フレームを示す。

Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 回転駆動される基軸と、切断すべき長尺ログを
後ろから押し、該長尺ログを前記基軸と平行に前
に間欠的に送り進める送り装置と、前記基軸に偏
心して取付けられ、基軸の回転により上記ログを
直角に横切つて公転すると共に、自転する円盤刃
と、上記円盤刃が通過する間〓を隔てゝ前後に設
けられ、前記長尺ログの前端部を下から支持する
前後で対をなす複数対の窪んだ支持台と、上記各
対の支持台に付属し、前記円盤刃が自転しながら
公転して前後の支持台の全部の対の間隔を通過す
るときに各支持台上に長尺ログの前端部を押圧し
、円盤刃が前後の支持台の全部の対の間隔を通り
過ぎると押圧を釈放し、その間に前記送り装置が
長尺ログを前に一定長さ送り進めるのを許す対の
押圧蓋とを備えた回転刃物式ログ切断装置におい
て、 前記前後の支持台の対の全部を円盤刃の公転円
に対して接線方向に向け、且つその各窪みの底を
公転する円盤刃に対向させたことを特徴とする回
転刃物式ログ切断装置。
