Claims (1)
凝縮器の一部を再熱コイルとして、冷却コイルか
ら再熱コイルを経て、フアンにより被処理室へ空
気を循環させる乾燥室と、 上記乾燥室外に設置され、且つ前記再熱コイル
の下流側に接続される室外凝縮器と、 前記被処理室内の温度と湿度の各センサーから
の出力に応じて前記切換弁の切換え、又は、冷凍
サイクルの駆動源の起動/停止を制御する制御手
段とからなり、 前記再熱コイルと室外凝縮器を各々2以上の互
いに並列な部分に専用の切換弁を介して分割し、
且つ、再熱コイルと室外凝縮器をそれぞれ迂回す
る専用の切換弁を有するバイパス管路を互いに並
列に設けると共に、 設定温度及び同湿度より被処理室内を各々低く
維持するよう前記制御手段を介して、前記再熱コ
イルと室外凝縮器の作動比を各切換弁にて変更さ
せるようにした食品の低温乾燥装置。 (2) 前記乾燥室は、被処理室と別に仕切られた
空気流路内に冷却コイルと再熱コイルの順で直列
に配置すると共に、前記冷凍サイクルには圧縮器
から切換弁を介して直にホツトガスを冷却コイル
に流す除霜用バイパス管路と、この冷却コイルの
下流に切換弁を介して冷凍サイクルの管路と平行
で温水槽内を通る加温用管路からなる除霜用管路
