102 is an electromechanical transducer, and 103 is a coupler. In particular, regarding the support of the mechanical vibrator, an outer circumferential surface 104 of one half of the total length, which is the basic vibration node of the cylindrical torsional mechanical vibrator 101, , provide mutually welded support lines (or support springs) 105, and connect the support lines (or support springs) 105 to a joint 108 of a support 107 attached to a base 106, or directly A method of bonding to the base 106 was used. However, according to this, the support wire (or support spring) 105 is welded to the center of the mechanical vibrator 101, making it difficult to restrain unnecessary movement around the end face 109 of the mechanical vibrator 101, which is further away. Therefore, the connector 103 and the support wire (or support spring) 105 may be mechanically deformed or peeled off at the welding point due to external forces such as vibrations and shocks. Also, mechanical vibrator 10
A support line (or support spring) 105 connecting between
often have a structure in which the intermediate portion is joined to the support 107, and if the interval between the mechanical vibrators 101 must be made small, the mechanical strength at the joint 108 becomes relatively weak. Therefore, there was a risk of deteriorating the filter characteristics. or,
Generally, a component called a support body 107 is required,
In order to omit this, it is necessary to manufacture a support line (or support spring) and a base with a complicated shape, and furthermore, the support line (or support spring) 105, the support body 107, and the support body 107 must be manufactured. Each connection between the base 106 or the support wire (or support spring) 105 and the base 106 involves a welding process or the use of connecting parts such as rivets or adhesives, making assembly difficult. The above complexity was unavoidable, leading to an increase in the number of parts and assembly man-hours.

203 is an electromechanical transducer, and 204 is a connector. As is common knowledge, the applied input electrical signal is
It is converted into torsional vibration by the transducer 202, propagates to the coupler 204 as longitudinal vibration, excites the torsional vibration in the mechanical vibrator 201 connected to the coupler 204, and repeats such propagation to convert the output side. The torsional mechanical vibrations reach the child 203 and are converted back into electrical signals. 205 is a support line in the axial direction welded at the center of the end surface 206 on both end surfaces 206 of the mechanical vibrator 201; 207 is a base;
08 is a support wire receiving part integrally molded with the base 207, and here the support wire 205 is connected to the support wire receiving part 20.
At No. 8, it is set into a fixed shape by heat or ultrasonic waves. FIG. 3 is a partial explanatory diagram showing an enlarged view of the support mechanism in FIG. 2, and the same parts as in FIG. state.
First, the pitch is equal to each interval l of the support wires 205 welded to the center of the end surface 206 of the chain-coupled mechanical vibrator 201, that is, the vibration node 209, and is equal to or larger than the diameter of the support wire 205. A support wire receiving part 208 made of synthetic resin having a slightly wider groove 210 (indicated by chain lines in the figure) is integrated with the base 207 at a position facing both end faces 206 of the mechanical vibrator in the assembled state. It is molded and placed.

までもない。 Next, the support wires 205 welded to the chain-connected mechanical vibrators 201 are respectively attached to predetermined support wire receiving grooves 210, and then a part of the support wire receiving portions 208 is heated and melted using heat or ultrasonic waves. , this is groove 21
The support wire 205 is fixed by cooling and hardening, and the support of the mechanical vibrator 201 is completed. In addition,
In this embodiment, a support wire as shown in FIG. 1 is not connected to the vibration node of one-half of the total length of the mechanical vibrator 201, but the support wire is further connected to the support mechanism according to the present invention. Needless to say, even if the mechanical support strength of the mechanical vibrator 201 is increased and the handling property is improved, the filter characteristics will not be adversely affected.

提供することができる。 As explained above, according to the present invention, since the support mechanism is made of synthetic resin, the propagation of unnecessary vibrations in the support system is improved, and the mechanical oscillators are arranged equally at the pitch of the chain-coupled mechanical oscillators. Since the support wire receiving portion has a groove of an appropriate width, it is extremely easy to attach the mechanical vibrator to the base, and there is almost no chance of mechanical deformation of the connector. Furthermore, since the mechanical vibrator is supported by supporting wires welded to both end faces of the mechanical vibrator and fixed to the support wire receiver, harmful movements of the mechanical vibrator due to external forces can be controlled more reliably, and the mechanical vibrator can be prevented from being damaged by the coupler or support wire. It is expected that deterioration of the equal filter characteristics will be prevented since the mechanical load on the filter will be minimal. In addition, as shown in Fig. 1, there is no need to prepare parts for the support interposed between the support wire (or support spring) and the base, as well as parts and adhesives for joining these parts. When heating and melting the wire, it is possible to simultaneously achieve this in all the support wire receiving parts, so that a low-cost mechanical filter can be provided.
