Claims (1)
- 上面中心部に太陽ピニオンを固着し、下面周縁
部に等間隔に遊星軸を固着して成る伝導円盤の各
遊星軸に遊星ピニオンが嵌合されていて、該遊星
ピニオンが、太陽ピニオンに外装し、且つインナ
ーギヤに内装して自転しながら太陽ピニオンの周
りを公転運動する遊星歯車式伝導機構に於いて、
伝導円盤、太陽ピニオン及び遊星軸とをセラミツ
ク材で一体成形し、該遊星軸に遊星ピニオンを嵌
合して成る１個あるいは２個以上の減速段と、伝
導円盤、遊星軸及び出力軸とを、セラミツク材で
一体成形し、該遊星軸に遊星ピニオンを嵌合して
成る最終減速段とをインナーギヤ内に組み込んだ
ことを特徴とする遊星歯車式伝導装置。
