Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 円周方向に目盛を形成したパルス円板を回転軸
に固定すると共に、前記目盛を挟んで一方に配置
した光源と他方に配置した検出手段との組を複数
設け、前記検出手段からの信号に基づいて、前記
回転軸の回転量を計測する光学式ロータリーエン
コーダにおいて、 前記光源の少なくとも一つの前記パルス円板へ
の入射角を変化させるために、前記パルス円板の
回転方向を含む面内で前記光源を揺動自在に保持
する保持部材と、 前記光源の回転量を調整し、固定する調整部材
と、 を設けたことを特徴とする光学式ロータリーエン
コーダ。
