  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 発光手段と、この発光手段と所定の間隔で
    対向して位置し、光スポツトの位置を検出する半
    導体位置検出素子と、この半導体位置検出素子の
    前面に平板状の面が回動自在に極力接近して位置
    し、その面に発光手段の光を透過させる螺旋状の
    スリツトを有する遮光板と、この遮光板に回転角
    を伝達する回転軸とから成る角度センサ。 (2) 実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項において、
    前記発光手段の前面にレンズまたはプリズムを配
    置したことを特徴とする角度センサ。
