  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 赤外線を受光する受光素子と、その受光素
    子の視野を制限するフードと、そのフードを所定
    軸を中心に回動自在に支持する回動機構と、上記
    フードの回動範囲をカバーする形状であつて当該
    検出装置の容器の一部分をなし、かつ、赤外線を
    透過し可視光線を透過しない材料より成り、全体
    が複数の区画に分割されたフレネルレンズを有す
    る受動型赤外線検出装置。 (2) 上記回動機構が複数個の位定保持状態をも
    つノツチ式である第１項記載の受動型赤外線検出
    装置。
