[Detailed description of the invention] Industrial field of application This invention is applicable to a vinyl greenhouse constructed by fixing a film material (hereinafter referred to as a vinyl sheet) as a covering material for a greenhouse with a spring wire or the like in a groove of a sheet retaining material. This structure uses a sheet stopper to collect condensation that has formed on the inner surface of the vinyl sheet, or rainwater that has leaked from damaged areas of the vinyl sheet, and then centrally treats the drainage at a certain point on the ground.
More specifically, the present invention relates to a structure for treating dew condensation, etc., using a sheet retaining material and a joint used to connect the sheet retaining material.

Prior Art In vinyl greenhouses, the indoor humidity is extremely high due to the high room temperature and the abundance of water provided to the crops, resulting in a large amount of condensation forming on the inner surface of the vinyl sheets. By the way, usually 0.5 per 1 m 2 per night.
It has been reported that condensation may occur. This condensation gradually grows into large droplets, which eventually fall.

As a result, when condensation drips everywhere inside the vinyl greenhouse like rain, it is very unpleasant for the workers working inside the greenhouse. Not only that, but they also have to wear rain jackets to work to prevent condensation, which is inconvenient.

On the other hand, for crops grown in vinyl greenhouses, the condensation that adheres to the vinyl sheets in the form of droplets acts as a lens and causes leaf burns, or the splashing water (muddy water) caused by falling condensation causes damage to the leaves. This often polluted the soil, impairing carbon dioxide assimilation, and causing root rot and disease.

In particular, fruits such as tomatoes, cucumbers, and strawberries are extremely reluctant to be exposed to condensation (water droplets). Particularly in the case of fruits such as strawberries, there is a serious problem in that if even a small amount of liquid droplets are applied to the fruit, the fruit will suffer cracking, deformation, discoloration, etc., resulting in a defective product that cannot be sold as a commercial product.

However, in the past, as a measure to prevent condensation from falling in a vinyl greenhouse, a so-called non-droplet agent was sprayed onto the inner surface of the vinyl sheet, and when the condensation formed into slightly larger droplets, it immediately moved along the inner surface of the sheet due to its gravity. The only thing that has been done is to let the dew slide downwards, thereby alleviating the irregular fall of condensation and the resulting damage to crops.

Problems to be solved by the invention (2) Conventionally, applying a dropless agent to the inner surface of a vinyl sheet has been quite effective in treating dew condensation. However, the reality is that the amount of condensation generated far outweighs the effectiveness of the non-droplet agent, and it must be said that it is not very effective in preventing dripping of condensation.

However, it is difficult to set a proper gradient of water flow in a certain direction on the condensation catcher in a vinyl greenhouse that is constructed rather roughly as a temporary structure. Moreover, the length of a vinyl greenhouse in the ridge direction is usually 20m.
Since the length is about 30m, and the longest one is about 50m, there was a problem that the large amount of condensation water that was caught by the condensation catcher could not be completely removed and overflowed and spilled, making the condensation treatment ineffective.

Another problem was that the flow of condensation water was poor and the distance it flowed was long, so the condensation water remained on the condensation catcher for a long time, causing rusting and corrosion of the iron condensation catcher to progress quickly. .

() Furthermore, when it rains heavily or when there is strong wind and rain, rainwater may leak from the damaged parts of the vinyl sheet that is held down by spring wires etc. to the sheet retaining material and drip into the vinyl greenhouse. The problem was that this was often the case.

Means for Solving the Problems As a means for solving the problems of the above-mentioned prior art, the dew condensation treatment structure for a vinyl greenhouse according to this invention is shown in embodiments in FIGS. 1 to 7 of the drawings. As mentioned above, the sheet retaining materials that make up the vinyl greenhouse are made of unit-length sheets that are connected in series with insert-type cutouts. Furthermore, the joint is provided with a water collection port and a drainage nozzle connected to the water collection port, and a hose is attached to the drainage nozzle to guide dew condensation and the like to the ground.

Function: The sheet retaining material 4, which is usually manufactured to a convenient predetermined unit length of about 3 m to 6 m, is attached to the joint 6.
Connect them in series and attach them tightly to frame 2 of the vinyl greenhouse. Therefore, the edges of each sheet stopper 4 do not vary, and the stability and finish quality when the vinyl sheet 3 is fastened is very good.

Moreover, the sheet stop groove 4a or condensation receiving part 4b of each sheet stopper 4 connected by the joint 6 is connected in series with the water collection port 6d of the joint 6, so that the condensed water caught by the condensation receiving part 4b or the sheet Rainwater and condensed water leaking into the stopper groove 4a flow in the longitudinal direction of the sheet stopper 4, flow into the water collection port 6d of the joint 6, and are smoothly discharged to the ground through the drainage nozzle 6e and hose 7.

In particular, since the sheet retaining material 4 has a unit length of approximately 3 m to 6 m and is connected by the joint 6, rainwater or condensation water received in the sheet retaining groove 4a or condensation receiving portion 4b is absorbed by the sheet retaining material 4. When water flows for a length of at most 3 m in the longitudinal direction, it always flows into the water collection port 6d of the joint 6, so drainage is carried out very smoothly and efficiently, regardless of the quality of the flow gradient set on the sheet stopper 4. It can be done.

Therefore, no matter how much dew condensation occurs, the above-mentioned sheet stopper material 4 and joint 6 cannot be placed inside the vinyl greenhouse.
By arranging them properly, the amount of water mentioned above can be properly removed and damage to crops and workers caused by falling condensation can be prevented.

The coupling 6 is made, for example, as an injection molded part of plastic. As shown in detail in FIGS. 2 and 3, it has a shape that exactly follows the cross-sectional outer shape of the sheet retaining material 4 (FIG. 3), and has a difference that holds the sheet retaining groove 4a from the outside. An insertion groove 6a and an insertion groove 6b each having a shape that holds the condensation receiving portion 4b from the outside are formed. A protrusion c is formed between these two insertion grooves 6a and 6b to fit into the gap 4c of the sheet stopper 4. In addition, a water collection port 6d is provided in the center of the joint 6 to cross the two insertion grooves 6a and 6b, and a drainage nozzle 6e is provided at the bottom of the water collection port 6d to protrude downward. A hose 7 is attached to the drain nozzle 6e to guide condensation to the ground.

As mentioned above, the droplet-shaped condensation that has occurred and adhered to the inner surface of the vinyl sheet 3 and slid down the vinyl sheet 3 first comes into contact with the condensation abutment surface 4g of the sheet stopper 4, and is then deposited on this surface. Along the way, the condensation receiving part 4b is reached. Thus, the condensation receiving part 4b

On the other hand, condensed water that has leaked into the sheet retaining groove 4a due to capillary action, or rainwater that has also leaked into the sheet retaining groove 4a from a place where the vinyl sheet 3 is torn by the spring wire 5, etc., is also absorbed by the sheet retaining material. The water flows in the longitudinal direction of 4 and reaches the water collection port 6d of the joint 6.

Therefore, by arranging the sheet stopper 4 having the condensation receiving portion 4b and the joint 6 in an appropriate manner on the inner surface of the vinyl sheet 3 in a vinyl greenhouse, dew condensation that adheres to the inner surface of the vinyl sheet 3, Alternatively, rainwater or the like that has leaked into the sheet retaining groove 4a can be reliably and efficiently removed to a certain location on the ground. Therefore, it is possible to almost eliminate damage to crops or discomfort to workers caused by inadvertent dripping such as dew condensation.
