- スキージ法による半田印刷を行う際のスクリー
ンマスクにおいて、開口の形状を円形又は４の整
数倍の辺を有する正多角形に形成し、これらを複
数個集合させて所要の輪郭形状をした開口群を構
成したことを特徴とする半田印刷用スクリーンマ
スク。
