Claims (1)
- クリームハンダをプリント基板に所要の形状に
印刷すべく、その形状と同形の印刷孔を形成した
マスクの上面をスキージによつて展延するクリー
ムハンダ印刷装置において、前記マスクの印刷孔
を形成する板厚を、クリームハンダの印刷厚に比
例して変化させたことを特徴とするクリームハン
ダ印刷装置。
