Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 流体の圧力を受けてシリンダ内をピストン
    が往復動するピストン・シリンダ機構であつて、
    前記シリンダ内を区画するピストンにより形成さ
    れる一対のシリンダ室に対し、圧力が異なる作動
    流体を供給し、圧力差に応じた速度でもつてピス
    トンを駆動する速度制御装置を具備してなるピス
    トン・シリンダ機構。 (2) 前記速度制御装置は、ピストンの通過を検
    出するセンサを有しており、このセンサの出力に
    応じて作動流体の圧力を切り替え、ピストン速度
    を多段制御することを特徴とする請求項１記載の
    ピストン・シリンダ機構。
