Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ シリンダと該シリンダ内を摺動するピストン
とを備え、ポートからピストンで区画された一対
の圧力室に圧力流体を給排してピストンを往復動
させる流体圧シリンダにおいて、 上記シリンダを構成するカバーの一方または双
方が、上記ポートに連通して圧力室側が開口する
凹部を備え、 上記ピストンが、一側または両側に、そのスト
ロークに略等しい軸方向長さを有し上記凹部に遊
嵌するカラーを備え、 上記カラーが、断面積が滑らかに変化する軸方
向の溝を備え、 上記凹部が、カラーの外周面に当接するリング
を備えている、 ことを特徴とする速度制機構付き流体圧シリンダ
。 ２ 溝の断面積を両端から中央に向けて漸次増加
させた、 ことを特徴とする請求項１に記載した速度制御機
構付き流体圧シリンダ。 ３ 溝の断面積を正弦曲線状に変化させた、 ことを特徴とする請求項２に記載した速度制御機
構付き流体圧シリンダ。 ４ 凹部の一方にポートから圧力室への流体の流
入のみを許容するクツシヨンリングを、凹部の他
方に圧力室からポートへの流体の流出のみを許容
するクツシヨンリングを、それぞれ設けた、 ことを特徴とする請求項１ないし３に記載した速
度制御機構付き流体圧シリンダ。 ５ ポートと圧力室を連通する主流路にチエツク
弁を、ポートを凹部を連通するバイパス流路に流
量調整弁を設けた、 ことを特徴とする請求項１ないし３に記載した速
度制御機構付き流体圧シリンダ。
