Claims (1)
- 発熱電子部品を取付けた放熱板を回路基板に取
付けると共に、前記放熱板の面を熱的良導体から
成る筐体の面に当接させるべく前記回路基板を前
記筐体に嵌合させて組付けるようにした放熱板付
回路基板の組付構造において、前記回路基板の板
面に対して前記放熱板と前記筐体との当接面のな
す角度が鋭角になるように、前記放熱板の面及び
これに対向する前記筐体の面を傾斜させたことを
特徴とする放熱板付回路基板の組付構造。
