Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ 電子素子を固定するための少なくとも１つの
    吸引開口部を備えた装着舌片を有し、前記装着舌
    片は２つの側壁の間で第１の行程移動装置によつ
    て第１の方向へ移動可能であつて、前記側壁を支
    持する支持体が設けられ、この支持体は前記第１
    の方向へ移動してソケツトへ近づき、側壁がソケ
    ツトに接して、その後で舌片がソケツト方向へ移
    動される電子素子をソケツトへ装着する装着ヘツ
    ドにおいて、 側壁１，２に対して横方向に延びるセンター決
    めプレート５が設けられ、このセンター決めプレ
    ート５は側壁１，２及び舌片３と共に第１の行程
    移動装置を有する第１のヘツド部分４上に配置さ
    れており、前記第１のヘツド部分４はセンター決
    めプレート５の側方に配置された第２のヘツド部
    分９によつて支承されており、前記第２のヘツド
    部分には第２の行程移動装置が設けられ、前記第
    ２の行程移動装置は第１のヘツド部分４をセンタ
    ー決めプレート５に対して横方向にかつ第１の方
    向７に対しても横方向に移動させることを特徴と
    する装着ヘツド。 ２ 第１のヘツド部分４は摺動軸線１０を中心に
    所定範囲で回動可能に第２のヘツド部分９に軸承
    されていることを特徴とする請求項第１項に記載
    の装着ヘツド。 ３ 第２のヘツド部分９は支持体１４によつて同
    支持体１４の摺動軸線１５を中心に所定範囲で回
    動可能に軸承されていることを特徴とする請求項
    第１項又は第２項に記載の装着ヘツド。 ４ 支持体４に第２のヘツド部分９を第１の方向
    ７へ移動させる第３の行程移動装置が設けられて
    いることを特徴とする請求項第３項に記載の装着
    ヘツド。 ５ 第１と第２のヘツド部分４，９及び支持体１
    ４が互いにほぼＬ字状に配置されていることを特
    徴とする請求項第３項又は第４項に記載の装着ヘ
    ツド。 ６ センター決めプレート５及び舌片３を有する
    側壁１，２と、第１のヘツド部分４と、第２のヘ
    ツド部分９とが互いにほぼＬ字状に配置されてい
    ることを特徴とする請求項第５項に記載の装着ヘ
    ツド。 ７ センター決めプレート５の側方の端縁にガイ
    ドスリツトが形成されていることを特徴とする請
    求項第１項から第６項のいずれか１項に記載の装
    着ヘツド。 ８ 前記行程移動装置がそれぞれタペツト８，１
    ３を有する空気式シリンダによつて形成されるこ
    とを特徴とする請求項第１項から第７項のいずれ
    か１項に記載の装着ヘツド。 ９ 第１のヘツド部分４が第２のヘツド部分９内
    で空気式シリンダのタペツト軸を中心に所定範囲
    で回動可能であつて、第２のヘツド部分９は支持
    体１４内で空気式シリンダのタペツト軸を中心に
    所定範囲で回動可能であることを特徴とする請求
    項第８項に記載の装着ヘツド。
