Abstract

PURPOSE:To permit removal work to be performed without scattering dust to the outside by providing a work glove, guide part and a pocket part in a transparent dust collector bag and gluing it so as to coat an asbestos removal part. CONSTITUTION:A bag unit 2, providing a work glove 5, guide part 6 and a pocket part 7, forms a dust collector bag 1 glued to a wall surface 12 in the periphery of a ceiling part 11 for dust to be removed, and a humidifying agent is blown 10 asbestos 10 by inserting a spray from the guide part 6. Next inserting hand to the work glove 5, a scraper 8 and a wire brush 9 in the pocket part 7 are taken out peeling the asbestos to be removed, and the spray is again inserted blowing a seal agent to the ceiling part 11 confining the residual asbestos dust. Further accumulating in a bottom part 2a the asbestos waste, while it is sucked by a vacuum cleaner through the guide part 6, the bag 1 is removed by removing an opening part 3.

During this asbestos removal work, in order to prevent secondary disasters due to asbestos dust generated during the removal work, a dust-proof room is created by covering the removal work area with a polyethylene sheet to prevent the dust from scattering outside. At the same time, a worker wearing dust-proof clothing and a dust-proof mask entered the dust-proof room and carried out removal work. In addition, to prevent workers entering and exiting the dust-proof room from carrying asbestos dust outside, a clean room is installed next to the entrance to the dust-proof room, and dust adhering to dust-proof clothing, etc., is removed in the clean room. was.

However, the above-mentioned removal method for forming a dust-proof room can be applied mainly to removal work of relatively large areas such as corridors of buildings and classrooms of schools, but for example, washrooms of general houses and apartment complexes. , It is difficult to apply the above method when removing asbestos from the ceiling of small spaces such as bathrooms and toilets. Since much labor and time are spent on removal work, the cost of the work is high compared to the area of the area to be removed, it is a waste of time, and it also causes inconvenience to the residents of the house.

In order to achieve the above-mentioned object, the present invention covers the part from which the interior material has been removed by pasting the opening of a bag in which working tools have been previously stored to the outer periphery of the part from which the interior material has been removed. Later, the interior material is removed by operating the work tool through a work glove formed on the bag, and after the interior material is removed, floating dust inside the bag is removed using a vacuum cleaner connected to the bag. The present invention provides a method for removing building interior materials such as asbestos, which is characterized by removing the bag from the part from which the interior material has been removed and closing the opening of the bag. It consists of a bag body, and includes a working glove that bulges out inside the bag body, a guide part for inserting or connecting equipment, and a pocket part for storing working tools provided inside the bag body. The present invention provides a dust collection bag characterized by the following features.

First, as shown in FIG.
Dust collection is carried out by pasting the opening 3 of the dust collection bag 1 containing work tools such as a wire brush 9 and the like with adhesive tape 13 to the wall 12 around the ceiling 11 where asbestos 10 is installed. Attach bag 1. This pasting means is an adhesive tape 1
3 or adhesive, etc., as appropriate, but the opening 3 of the dust collection bag 1 can be airtightly attached to the wall surface 12, it will not peel off during the work, and the work is completed. It is preferable to use a removable material in consideration of later removal work. Further, an adhesive or the like may be applied or pasted to the opening 3 of the dust collection bag 1 in advance. Further, if necessary, the opening 3 can be supported using the support rod 14 or the support plate 15, or the dust collection bag 1 can be supported by a support stand or a support net 16 suspended from the support rod 14, so that the dust can be collected. The attached state of the bag 1 can be ensured.

Next, as shown in FIG. 3, the nozzle 17a of the airless spray 17 is inserted through one of the guide parts 6, and a wetting agent is sprayed onto the asbestos 10 in the same manner as in normal asbestos removal work to prevent dust scattering. I do. Insertion of the nozzle 17a can be easily performed by making a notch at the tip of the guide part 6 with a cutter or the like, and by providing a mark for forming the notch at the tip of the guide part 6 in advance, it is possible to easily form the notch. thin-walled parts that can be easily cut or opened;
Alternatively, an opening may be formed to match the diameter of the nozzle 17a. In addition, since the guide portion 6 is provided so as to bulge out into the bag body 2, insertion of the nozzle 17a is easy, and
After the nozzle is inserted, the guide section 6 is pulled out to the outside of the bag and the surrounding area is taped, etc., so that the airtightness of this part can be easily maintained.

After the wetting agent has sufficiently permeated the asbestos 10, as shown in FIG. Peel and remove. Since the dust collection bag 1 is made of a transparent material, this work can be performed while checking from the outside. Ceiling part 1
The asbestos waste material 10a that has peeled off and fallen off from the asbestos 10a and the generated dust accumulate on the bottom 2a of the dust collection bag 1 without scattering outside because the surrounding area is sealed by the dust collection bag 1.
Fine floating dust also floats inside the dust collection bag 1.

Note that the present invention is not limited to the above-mentioned embodiments, and a bag body formed with a different configuration may be used in the method of the present invention, or the dust collection bag of the present invention may be used in other methods. Furthermore, it can be similarly applied to the removal work of interior materials other than asbestos, such as rock wool, glass wool, and other materials that generate dust during removal work, and the removal of a part of them, such as walls when renovating a building. It can also be applied to cutting ceilings, forming openings, etc. Further, it is preferable that the entire bag is made of a transparent material, but depending on performance such as strength and airtightness, price, etc. of the bag, opaque materials may be used in combination as appropriate.

As explained above, according to the removal method of the present invention, the removal work can be carried out without scattering the dust generated when removing asbestos from the ceiling or wall, etc., and the waste after removal can be removed. Since it can be sealed as is, there is no risk of secondary damage, and the removal work can be easily prepared by simply pasting the opening of the bag to the outer periphery of the removal processing section with adhesive or adhesive tape. Furthermore, after the work is completed, the bag can be disposed of simply by peeling off the adhesive and sealing the bag, which greatly reduces the time required for removal work and significantly reduces work costs. Can be done.

On the other hand, the dust collection bag for removal work of the present invention can easily cope with the size of the area to be removed even if the bag main body is made small due to the gusset provided in the opening. Since a work glove into which a person can insert his or her hand is provided, it is possible to move the hand freely by inserting the hand into the work glove and performing the work, making it easier to operate the work tools used for the removal work. The peeling process can be performed easily. Furthermore, by providing a guide section for inserting or connecting devices, connection of sprays, vacuum cleaners, etc. can be easily made without impairing sealing performance.

In addition, a pocket for storing working tools is provided inside the bag, so by storing the tools necessary for removal work in advance, there is no need to open and close the bag to put in and take out tools. Since no opening is required, it is possible to improve the sealing performance and prevent dust from scattering to the outside. After the work is finished, the bag can be used as it is as a waste bag, and there is no need to transfer it to another bag, so there is no dust generated at this time, and the bag can be disposed of hygienically. Furthermore, by forming the entire bag from a transparent material, the work area can be brightened and the work area can be confirmed from the outside, which improves work efficiency.
