とによつて設定圧力を変更しうる調整スプリング
と、上記ダイアフラムと連動して弁口を開閉する
弁体を有する定圧弁において、入力される電気的
信号に対応する量だけ正又は逆方向に回転するモ
ータと、このモータの回転を上記調整スプリング
に伝達することによつてその押推力を増減する動
