本考案は、路面ヒータ等のアスフアルト舗装

可動ヒータを重合自在にかつ左右に移動自在に設
けて成る伸縮型の加熱装置を案出したが、この種
の加熱装置では、チヤンバの上板が熱変形してし
まうと、美観が損なわれるばかりではなく、場合
によつては伸縮機能が損じられたり、固定ヒータ
と可動ヒータの重合部から熱風が漏れて加熱効率

とのないアスフアルト舗装用作業車における加熱

変形は許容する係止部材と、外装板に前記一側縁
部に沿つて形成された長穴状の貫通孔に挿通され
てチヤンバの上板に螺着されることで、外装板の
貫通孔の長手方向に沿う方向への熱変形を許容す
るとともに他の方向への熱変形は阻止するボルト
から構成することにより、チヤンバの上板が熱変
形しても、該上板上の外装板により美観や伸縮性
および加熱効率が良好に保たれるようにしたもの

り、その各本体部12の上部には、上記固定ヒー
タ1の各支持パイプ7が摺動自在に挿通された前
後一対の案内パイプ15が、連結部材16を介し
て取り付けられ、また、上記一対のシリンダ装置
8の各他端がそれぞれ固定して取り付けられてい
る。そして、上記一対のシリンダ装置8を作動す
ることにより、上記各可動ヒータ2が固定ヒータ
1に対して、その各赤熱板11を固定ヒータ1の
各副赤熱板6の下方に重合させた状態で左右に動
かされ、これにより、加熱幅の調整がなされるよ

れている。また、上記チヤンネル材20の外側面
には、上記外装板21a,21bの一側縁部の上
面を上方から覆うことで、その外装板21a,2
1bの上方への移動を阻止する係止手段22が突
出して設けられる一方、外装板21a,21bの
一側(チヤンネル材20とは反対側)には、厚さ
方向に貫通しているとともに第3図に示すように
前後方向に長い長穴状とされた貫通孔hが形成さ
れ、この貫通孔hに、軸径が該貫通孔hの孔径よ
り小なるボツト23が挿通されるとともに、該ボ
ルト23が上板18に固定して取り付けられてい
る。そして、上記係止部材22、ボルト23が、
外装板21a,21bの熱による伸縮を自由に
し、かつ、その脱落を防ぐ係止手段24を構成し
ている。すなわち、外装板21a,21bは、こ
の係止手段24により上方への変位および左右方
向(幅方向)への変位が阻止されてチヤンバ4か
らの脱落が防止されるとともに、外装板21a,
21b前後方向(長さ方向)の熱伸縮は貫通孔h
の長さの範囲内で、また、外装板21a,21b
の左右方向(幅方向)の熱伸縮は外装板21a,
21bの側縁とチヤンネル材20との間に確保さ
