    圧を印加して進行波を発生させ、ステータの他の
    面に圧接したロータを進行波により回転させるよ
    うにした超音波モータにおいて、ステータがロー
    タと接触するステータの外周部全体にわたつて半
    径方向の多数の貫通孔を設けたことを特徴とする
    超音波モータ。
