    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 円盤状の固定子の一方の面に圧電素子を設け、
    固定子の他方の面に円盤状ロータを圧接して、固
    定子に生じる進行波によりロータを回転させる超
    音波モータにおいて、ロータの中心孔内に環状の
    弾性部材を介して出力軸の一端を固定し、出力軸
    の他端側を固定子側に回転可能であつて軸方向移
    動を不能に保持したことを特徴とする超音波モー
    タ。
