ステツプ保持部材を設け、該ステツプ保持部材に
前記折曲部材の端部折曲部分を圧着スリーブを介
して一体連結すると共に、前記折曲部材まわりで
回動自在なステツプの踏板部を上方のステツプの
蹴込み板部に、かつ、ステツプ両側に連設された
フランジ部を前記さゝら桁に、夫々ネジ式連結具
を介して連結固定してあることを特徴とする鋼製
