Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 フロントシエルおよびリヤシエルからなるハウ
ジング内をセンタシエルで前、後室に２分割し、
前、後室にそれぞれフロントダイヤフラム、リヤ
ダイヤフラムを配し、リヤダイヤフラムの外周ビ
ード部を、リヤシエル外周部に形成したビード押
え部とフロントシエルあるいはセンタシエルとで
気密的に保持するタンデム気圧倍力装置において
、 前記ビード押え部を、その外面部が該タンデム
気圧倍力装置の軸中心方向と平行となるように円
筒状に形成し、 前記外周ビード部を、その内面部が前記ビード
押え部の外面部に沿うように前記軸中心方向と平
行にリング状に形成し、 該外径ビード部の外周部に少なくとも前記セン
タシエルの外周端部に係合する係合部を形成した
ことを特徴とするタンデム気圧倍力装置。
