Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 フロントシエルおよびリアシエルからなるハウ
    ジング内をセンタプレートで前室、後室に２分割
    し、各室をダイアフラムを備えたパワーピストン
    によつて定圧室と変圧室とにそれぞれ画成し、定
    圧室と変圧室との間に生じる差圧によつてパワー
    ピストンを前進させて倍力した推力を出力するタ
    ンデム型気圧式倍力装置において、 フロントシエルの外周部に外方向に拡がる一段
    の段部を形成し、 センタプレートの外周部に前記フロントシエル
    の段部に沿わせて一段の段部を形成し、 リアシエルの外周部にハウジングの軸中心方向
    と平行となるビード押え部を形成し、 リアダイアフラムの外周ビード部をセンタプレ
    ートの段部と前記ビード押え部とに係合させて保
    持し、 センタプレートの段部の端面にリアシエルの外
    周端部を当接させたことを特徴とするダンデム型
    気圧式倍力装置。
